As a first-​time home-​seller — and one who’d chosen to sell on my own, without a broker — Liz was a tremendous partner and advocate throughout the process.
The unit was a coop in a building with perhaps more than its share of its share of quirks, and Liz was mindful of the some of the less-​than-​cookie-​cutter aspects of the deal. While it was up to me and the buyers to sort out a lot of the details of the broker-​less deal, Liz chimed in with guidance when asked.
I appreciated Liz’s down-​to-​earth style and direct communication. THANK YOU, Liz, for helping to make what I suspect is an inherently stressful process relatively worry-​free. Thanks, too, for the good humor along the way!

I’m so happy I got to work with Liz on negotiations for my commercial lease. She was very responsive on email and quick to get the work done. I can very highly recommend Liz Salen. She’s very knowledgeable, diligent and responsive.
