disgusting disgusting customer service. There is one girl in particular who is extremely nasty despite the fact that I am a consistent customer and somehow always gets stuck with her. Management is very nice, and the store itself is great– but some of their associates are disgustingly rude/arrogant– perhaps if they were reminded how little they get paid maybe they’d stick their tail in between their legs and be a little bit more humble

Hi, I have been a customer for years at Enzyme Shoe Lab and it is unfortunate that I will not be able to continue my shopping at the store. I have been tying to locate a pair of shoes for an event and I found them at Enzyme. I was excited the minute I walked into the store and noticed the shoe, regardless of the imaginary greeting I received when entering. I grabbed the shoe and politely asked the young lady who stared at me, if I can see the shoe in my size. The saleswoman replied«Those are $ 240.» Did I ask her for the price? No. I continued with a head-nod and said yes okay, I asked for the shoe in a size 10, do you have my size? The woman turned a corner and went to get the shoe. She stayed and assisted me while I tried on the shoe and after making sure it was a great fit, I let her know I would be taking the shoe. As I browsed other shoes, the saleswoman came back and asked me if I was going to buy the $ 240 shoes. My point is whether I look young, or am African American or anything other than what you are used to seeing, I expect to be treated as a valued customer. I made my final purchase from this store and if I was able to find it at another shoe boutique I certainly would have taken the trip to get it. NO greeting as I entered; Questioning what I can afford; and No «thank you for shopping with us, please come back.» I am beyond finished with my dedicated shopping at Enzyme. I suggest the owner really re-evaluate who he/she leaves working in the store and train the employees on proper sales floor etiquette. I am a hard working professional who happens to love buying shoes and I will never tolerate anyone, including a Enzyme Shoe Lab saleswoman, to ever treat me in a disrespectful manner.

If I had to rate the quality, selection, sales, or the stores ability to be on spot with trends I would give 5 stars but because of my ongoing love/hate relationship with this store I just can’t. I’ve shopped here for years to grab a quick pair of last minute pumps, a clutch, or piece of statement jewelry when I’m heading to an event but each time I leave, I wonder why I’d drop so much cash at a place where the employees are rude, and seem to almost turn their noses up at you. It’s weirdly a relief to read that other people experience the same treatment because I honestly thought it was a race thing but it turns out, the staff are just immature and unprofessional. I wanna love this place they have the best accessories and great shoes but the service is pathetic, and the staff behave as though they don’t want your business. Such a shame.

These people do not know how to run a business. The owners are the definition of the unprofessional. DONOT shop here if you value good customer service and quality control. I would not be surprised to see a «for lease» sign on their door soon.

Sometimes when I’m in the area, i stop by. You know me, always crazy for shoes. This store is clean and pretty big. They sell lower end designer shoes like Jeffery Campbell, Tory Burch, Toms, Converse, Uggs, Volatile, etc… Not a huge selection but something. Upstairs the also have some cute clothes, I usually buy leggings from here I love them! They have also some cheap jewelry by their register, I guess something for a gift could be good. If you’re like over 14 you wouldn’t wear any of it. They have like teenaged girls working here that are always head deep into their texts and phone calls. They are pretty unprofessional, they don’t ask if you need help with something until approaching them. They are usually just lounging through the store. One time i had to wait like 10 minutes before someone came over to the register so i can pay because the girl was on her phone. Whatever, they’re kids so I understand, but I still think it’s not a good image.

Funky little store on kings highway. They have a nice selection of shoes, handbags and costume jewelry. Every time I’m there the staff is never friendly or attentive.

I come here once in a while. This store mainly sells shoes! Surprise!!! They sell major brands like Jeffrey Campbell and Volatile. Some of their shoes look are bit«runway» and they probably are. ^_^ The design of the store is clean and neat. Everything is lined up and in order. There is always a salesperson willing to help you whenever you need it. Most of them are Russian-speaking too I believe. By the counter in the back, they sell super sparkly jewelry which always interest me but I could never find myself wear it if I bought it. Well, maybe for a photoshoot. ^_^ They have a small handbag section close to the counter and a tiny clothing section on the top floor consisting of mostly t-shirts and pants. I have only bought one pair of sneakers here. This is a good store if you’re looking for brand name shoes mainly. They have sales often but be prepared that their sizes are always limited.

I like to stop by in here when I’m roaming around Kings Highway aimlessly to window shop or make a spontaneous purchase. They carry designer shoes, but not much the known brand shoes. Really nice shoes, but I never had the kind of cash to drop down for the kind of shoes they sell, so I can’t speak for the quality of the shoes. They have cute accessories near the desk, some belts, and purses. They also have this dresser thing with their clothes dangling from it. That’s just an example of the stuff they have, the actual clothes are upstairs, and all the times I been here I’ve never went upstairs assuming it wasn’t a customer’s area. While I find they seem to have nice quality clothing, it comes with a hefty price tag. Though, you will find some decent priced jeans or dresses. They have cute clothes, but it’s really hard to find XS or S tops or size 0 pants if you’re a real petite girl. I don’t go for the sales because they’ll have a dress retailed at 200 that’s marked down to 140 and I still won’t buy it, haha. Customer service? So-so. At the door you’re not greeted or asked if you need help until you are really digging for something. They were a little helpful when I was spending a lot of time upstairs carefully browsing their clothing section, but other than that they didn’t bother me much. The employees tend to tend to be very chilled/bored talking to their friends or have their buddies come over to hang with them in the store. While I was trying on a dress, the girl was waiting, giving me a little assistance, but as soon as her friend came she bolted downstairs. Not the most professional thing ever, but it’s just the atmosphere of this store.
