I have been there a few times and find their care to be quick, friendly, and professional. It is an excellent place to go when there is an emergency. The facility is very well run and comprehensive. It is extremely clean and doctors and assistants take the time to listen. They called back in a day or two to check on how I was feeling and related test results. Much appreciation,

I was very pleased with my experience at City MD. The facility is spotless, smelled great and had a very comfortable waiting area. Luckily, I had a very short wait period and met by only polite, friendly faces. City MD offered a vaccine that my PCP did not, I was able to have it done quickly without an appointment. I will definitely be returning and I highly recommend this place!

Called ahead of time explaining my symptoms and what was needed, no problem they said, come in and talk to the dr. I check in and again explain my symptoms and what was needed, and very friendly staff said have a seat the dr will be with you.
After more than 2 hours waiting for the dr to come in, he can’t help me, they’re backed up, symptoms outside of scope of practice.
Front desk staff said I did everything right, they only had one dr on staff. I will say that the front desk staff is friendly, they just need to give more accurate info.

These people are fantastic. The office is the cleanest medical facility I’ve ever been in, the receptionists are friendly, and the doctor was knowledgeable. It was my first time, and the paperwork didn’t ask any BS questions. Seriously, nobody wasted my time. Definitely go here if you need some quick medical treatment.

I have been to this City MD location twice and found their services to be excellent. The waiting room and exam rooms are bright and very clean. The doctor and staff were all very pleasant and helpful. During my first visit I did not need a prescription, but needed one for my second visit and they sent it to my pharmacy electronically. The wait for both visits were short and the assistants took my vital signs and additional information. I saw a doctor within a few minutes who did an evaluation and answered any questions that I had. And a few days following my visits, the staff called to see how I was feeling. Thank G-​d, I felt better and had a sense of comfort by their stress-​free care.

Well lit, clean waiting room staffed by friendly workers. The doctor was pleasant as well. When I left, they gave me a written printout of my injury description as well as a copy of my X-​rays. They sent my prescription to my pharmacy electronically so all I had to do was go there to pick it up. I’m hoping to injure myself again soon, so I can go back to City MD ;)

Went there today for the first time and I am extremely happy with the service received. The place is very clean. The receptionist was very pleasant and helpful in answering all my questions. The wait was extremely short about 10 minutes, that’s including filling out the paperwork. When I was taken into the exam room an assistant came in right away to ask me questions and take my vitals before the doctor came in. After all the questions the doctor came in to further evaluate. Also did an x-​ray and the results came back in a very short time as well. The doctor came back in to discuss findings and was very knowledgable and explained everything in detail and answered all my questions. He also prescribed treatment. I am very happy with the service and definitely surprised how everything was very easy and stress free.

Love these places!!! I have been to the other CityMD locations as well and they are all awesome!!! I took my daughter to this location with complaints of ear pain. The staff was amazing! From the front desk to the nurse and finally the Doc! CityMD is a great option if the issue is not life threatening and you can’t reach your regular doc… We were in and out in no time with a diagnosis and meds and they even gave my lil one a little bear!!! She loved it!!! What a pleasant experience I am so happy that they exist! Thank you very much CityMD!!!
