Eddie and his crew are fantastic. Initially Eddie surveyed both bathrooms, he quote was within our budget. He text us different ideas (pictures of his previous work). When we hired him we chose our tiles, my husband and him spoke about d sign and his crew started demo. From start to finish the job took about 3 weeks to complete both bathrooms. He added a heater in the downstairs bathroom and replaced the upstairs radiator (both ideas my husband and I thought would be completely out of our budget but Eddie made it work). We love both of our bathrooms and would highly recommend him. He returns both calls and texts and followed up a week after construction was complete to make sure we were happy.

I renovated my Kitchen and Bathroom with ET Construction. Overall the project looks good. His main guy Frank is amazing and ET would be lost without him. But there are a few big details that needed to be fixed and addressed, some of which should have never happened in the first place. Eventually they were fixed but the devil is in the details. I understand theres always a time constraint on these projects and other jobs in the works. However the project took 4 weeks longer than expected and every client deserves solid work. Due to some electrical issues I had to pay $ 1000 more than expected for electrical work. 2 months into living in the newly renovated space, my brand new outlet isn’t working. I replaced the outlet before calling him, still nothing. So now I know it might be something bigger. It might even something that we might have to punch a hole in the brand new wall to find out. Eddie said he and his guys would come take a look and fix it weeks ago but I haven’t heard from him since.

UPDATE:
Eddie had a family emergency taking him out of state; unfortunately a screw up from his staff resulted in a failure to answer my calls for which he profoundly apologized on his return. Subsequently he came out to our building and promptly honored his guarantee by making the necessary repair. All is well and the quality of work will result in our condominium using his services again when warm weather returns.

ET construction has been doing renovations for me for the past 5 years on my income property’s. I have been traveling often these past couple of years and felt very comfortable doing so knowing I could contact Eddie Torres for all my construction needs. I finally decided to do my master bathroom and kitchen. I have to say I am even more impressed with them now seeing the custom work they have done in my own home. My wife is completely in her glory and wanted me to thank Eddie, Frank, Marco, Ralph and Jason for all the hard work they put into our home.

Overall a good solid job — both the bathroom and the kitchen sink. Pricier than the others but you get what you pay for. Though I could use less chasing around when urgent responses were required, Eddie has a good team in place. I feel comfortable recommending them.

ET took care of a couple jobs for me this month. Both were done well.
The first was cutting and refitting pipes for my sink/​dishwasher drainage which was previously temperamental and leaking. The second job was removing cracked tiles and water damaged underlying support in my bathroom tub area and rebuilding it.
While they were a little more expensive than the competition, they were both done significantly better than others were suggesting. The first had been previously repaired by another company with essentially a patch job and broke again. ET did it right. Competitors also suggested half-​assing the work on the tile job. ET removed all of the compromised material, rebuilt it with high-​quality materials and seamlessly executed the tile job over it.

ET left me with an ILLEGAL kitchen renovation
One of the worst contracting experiences ever and I’m an architect so have worked with many contractors and that says a lot. I fired ET after 2 months of very little progress and incredibly poor quality work (from use of unskilled unsupervised subcontractors) on my own 25sf kitchen renovation and had to have other contractors finish off installation of cabinets and appliances, and fix the work that wasn’t done correctly by ET. More importantly though, ET had completed the electrical work (which I payed them for in full) and by contract they are required to close out on the electrical permit for this work which they didn’t do. Added to that, it turns out ET did not use a licensed electrician to do the work, they did it themselves. This is illegal. After 8 months of emails and phone calls and getting nowhere I finally filed a complaint with the Department of Building and am awaiting their review and feedback. I chose ET because their price was good for a small job and the owner made me all sorts of assurances in terms the skills of his men, the level of supervision and their capabilities generally. ET blatantly oversold themselves, deliberately undercut on pricing to get the job and then didn’t service it. The owner Eddie Torres even boasted to me about the other much bigger projects he was working on while he was not servicing my job! It ended up costing me a lot more money in the end, and I will likely have to have the electrical work redone in order to get the permit ET refuse to close out on.

I have been utilizing the services of with ET Construction Inc. for a number of years, and I have found them to be the most professional and conscientious Construction Company that I have ever encountered. They are clearly detail oriented, and they always put the concerns and the needs of their clientele to the forefront. Their work is clean, efficient and timely. I wholeheartedly trust this company, and I would sincerely recommend their services to anyone.

Very reliable. Is available ²⁴⁄₇ for any services needed at any time. Is licences and insured. Got my bathroom done upstairs and he’s now doing my downstairs bathroom and it’s coming out exactly how I want it. I’m very pleased with his work and would recommend ET to my friends and family.
