The cashiers are so unfriendly and rude but the owner seems to be okay. I only go there if there is something I need that Target does not have. Beside that… I AVOID! I hate rude staff. They need some training in customer service. I get that it’s just a beauty store but a simple smile or hello would be so much more warming. There is one particular cashier with such a bad attitude that I never get on her line even if it’s the shorter one

I sent a friend to the Feel Beauty 1592 Flatbush Junction to buy hair colors and no one had an idea what the heck she was searching for. The workers are uneducated about the products they sells and all they does is tell lies especially when they have no clue. Workers and managers alike are too rude. Don’t buy from them.

Lousy customer service and the manager is very very rude. He yelled at me for asking him to find someone to help me because he was on an «important» call on his cell phone in the middle of the sales floor. Funny though you still want my money right?

I’ve been going to this store since it has opened and have had stellar service until recently. I went into the wig section on a Sunday and saw two young girls I’ve never seen there before(I don’t go that often to know if they were new to the store or just new to me). I walked around the three wig aisles like ten times and their eyes didn’t even roll in my direction. I guess the conversation was too juicy to address me. Normally who ever works that station would be following behind me annoyingly even when I said that I’m just looking. How I missed that person that day as I wasn’t just looking. My hair was a hot mess and needed immediate assistance. I eventually approached the two yapping store reps to ask for a hairpiece and the color I wanted it in. I was told they didn’t have the color for the hair piece I wanted. As soon as the last word left her mouth she was walking off to return to her conversation! I had to call her back to where I was to ask for another hairpiece and in the color I wanted. I asked for five different hair pieces and none were available. She didn’t even offer similar alternatives or try to ask if I wanted other colors. Just answered, walked off, answered, walked off. Needless to say I left without purchasing anything and went to another Feel Beauty Supply further down on Flatbush and purchased what I wanted. P. S. The store sign says they close at 8. Sometimes they close as early as 7:30 even when you state you know exactly what you’re getting and you know exactly where it is. They don’t care. They’re just ready to go.

I’m always in here. It’s my #1 Brooklyn Spot whenever I need Body Spray a brush for my hair, or an umbrella when it’s raining. The Staff are all decent and they know Stuff. When I’m there the one person that I Trust and always see is Patricia. She is my go to person. This store is Clean always stocked up with merchandise and if there is something that your looking for and they don’t have it they can always get it. Go to this store you will not regret it.

I like this one better than the one on Foster & Nostrand. Once again, I wasn’t stalked by employees and there actually was someone on the floor to assist me. They do need to step their dye game up. Came in for one color and that was the ONLY color not on the shelf! Ain’t that ’bout a…

This place is horrible dont even waste your money they sell hair that they don’t even stand behind. I came into Feel beauty and bought Janet Brazilian Hair 3 packages for $ 300.00+ Tax. Sunny the store manager swore guaranteed that it was dyeable and that it would not mat and sure enough the day I go and put it in my hair what happens its all tangled and this is the second time I bought hair from this place and the hair is crap I don’t mind spending good money for a great product. Consumer Be aware! Maybe the owner will pay attention and do the right thing for hair I can’t use.

A nice, new beauty supply store right next to the Target at the Junction. I’m a white lady with extremely curly hair I like dying an unnatural color(magenta). I think this store is targeted to clients with African American hair??? Well many people know that these are the very best products regardless of race if you have curly hair, need moisturizing products or like dying your hair unusual colors. Adore is a hair rinse that kicks Manic Panic’s butt and comes in both natural colors and colors like hot pink, turquoise and orange. Feel Beauty also has a nice haircolor aisle with the L’Oreal Hicolor line of permanent bright red and pink dyes, lots of prepackaged box dyes the nearby drugstores do not carry, loose dyes and developers if you like to mix your own and an array of semipermanent colors. I think they also had henna and Bigen vegetable dye. I’m taking one star off because I would like it if they carried more sulfate and silicone free natural hair products however there is a natural products store around the corner on Flatbush with raw shea butter and oils and Target carries the Shea Moisture line. The cosmetics section was also slightly underwhelming and it would be nice if they carried the NYX line. However the store is nice and clean and the people who work here re nice. Most of the store’s space is devoted to hair products including hairpieces and extensions. Products are similar to Sally’s Beauty with a broader and more unique variety of products and slightly lower prices(items that are $ 5 or $ 6 at Sally’s are $ 4 here).

Good service! I just came here to buy a specific brand after trying three other stores to no avail, This place is brand spanking new and shiny! It is very clean, spacious and organized. They have everything from extensions to fashion accessories but it is all in a much better layout than your average beauty supply store. The store has great lighting which just adds to the shine. Anyway, I went on my hunt for my weave brand with fingers crossed. When I reached the back area where there are rows of hair, a young man greeted me and offered assistance. There seems to be a good amount of staff around to help. He found what I was looking for and he was even able to give me helpful suggestions on how to blend the colors. He brought my selection to the front for the cashier who was a young lady. She was very friendly and gave me their business card when I mentioned that the wrong number is posted on Unilocal as I was trying to call them ahead of time to verify whether they had my item. All in all, my experience here was great! I left the shop with what I came to purchase leaving behind worries about having to search any further. The added bonus is that they are right on the Junction!

It’s a brand new addition to the Flatbush Junction. I love how huge and clean the place was. The aisles are quite spacious and full of products. There were enough salespeople on hand to guide any lost customers, so I’d definitely recommend this location to others. It’s fully accessible by mass transit.
