Clean with excellent massages and good prices. Lisa has just the right touch. In a sea of skeevy massage shops throughout NYC, this place is a haven.

This is my go to massage place for the last 4 – 5 years. Every time that I go, the massage is really great and they really help work out the knots and tension. If you’re looking for more of a spa experience, this is not it. They focus on a nice, firm massage and don’t bother with the other stuff– robes, soft music, aromatherapy, etc. This doesn’t bother me one bit, but it’s important to know that before you go. The price is also great. I think it’s about $ 50 for an hour– a very good price(especially considering this is in Park Slope). I had a «spa style» massage last weekend in Carroll Gardens(it was given as a gift) that cost $ 100. Honestly, I don’t think it was worth it. As mentioned above, I don’t need all the«bells and whistles», just a good massage. Plus, with the money you save here, you can grab a sweet treat nearby at Buttermilk and get your nails done. A 60 minute massage here focuses a lot on the back. If you want more legs, just make sure to mention that. If you do the 90 minute massage that has more legs and feet. The only drawback I’d say is that sometimes it’s a little chilly(air conditioner). That’s very minor though. I rarely have to wait or the wait is not that long(you can call ahead). The women are also very kind and friendly.

Always the best, but the problem is they are getting too known! It used to be you could always walk in and just wait a few minutes, but now you have to call ahead…

Fantastic. I was in pain from too much muscle tension. Awful. I pass this place all the time and called to see if they were open. They were. Low prices and the best massage I have ever had. The woman has the strength of an ox. The place appears clean and is quiet. Lovely experience. I am coming back.

Massage was too soft. I asked for stronger and it stayed the same. I cut the massage short. There are better places nearby

This is really one of NYC best kept secrets — I am really reluctant to review — because I’d like to keep it that way ;)… This is completely no frills office front with cloth partitions separating each table… But the Massage w/Hot Stone is why we are here — the Massage is among the best! Strong and Firm and tailored to your needs. and did I mention Hot Stone — yes Hot Stone for these low prices… While I love my high end spa moments — I come here when I just need a good massage no frills no fluff! Highly Recommended!

Went in without an appointment(called 10 minutes before, lady spoke minimal English, and she said come in). Waited 2 minutes and a bed was ready for me. The 30 minutes was no frills, down to business. Just came out 20 minutes ago and feeling great. The place is extremely clean and very sanitary(you can tell when you walk in but also when you’re done).

I just returned home from a weekend away Upstate which involved a slight tubing mishap on a fairly rapid river. With back very strained I headed over today for my first visit to Feng Wah Best Body Work. Am I glad I did! Lucy was wonderful with healing hands. Besides the area of strain, she worked across my muscles equally and attentively. My neck and face also received much needed massage. I will be back and start telling all my friends; just wanted to tell the rest of you about this wonderful place first!

Amy is no joke, y’all. If you’re looking for complimentary glasses of wine, fluffy robes, and wimpy massage therapists to make you feel all warm and fuzzy, this is not the place for you. If you want a serious, no-holds-barred, hurts-SO-good deep-tissue massage, Amy is your girl. She is straight to the point, has the strongest hands(and wrists, and forearms, and elbows…) of any massage therapist I have ever encountered. I am of the mind that when it comes to massages, if it doesn’t hurt, they’re not doing it right. She is relentless at working all the kinks out of your muscles and really seems to love the sound and feel of that«pop-pop-pop» of muscle sliding over bone. I’m not gonna lie, it hurts, y’all. But it’s like heaven afterwards. This place is quiet, relaxing, and inexpensive. I don’t think I’ve ever encountered another patron when I’ve been there(which is a plus in my book\ — I don’t need to hear the strange sounds random strangers make during a massage), but they must be doing okay, as Park Slope rents ain’t cheap.

I went here for a massage one day after suffering through a hard core spin class, followed by kettle bells. I didn’t know any better and woke up the next day sore and walking like a cowboy, slowly and achingly struggling up and down subway steps. I tried to explain the pain I was in. Me: My feet hurt. Massage lady: Yes everybody’s feet hurt. That’s why they come. She then places her hands on my feet and feels the knots all over my arches, looking up at me with a combo-look of disgust, shock and pity. Massage lady: Oh honey, this is nooo good. This is nooo good. You need to come back… 30 minutes is not enough. Over 30 minutes later, she had me convinced that not only was she wrong but that she quite possibly had the strongest hands ever. Like she must lift mini weights on each finger. She kneaded out my arches and massaged my legs for 30 minutes straight with perseverance. It’s almost like the horrible knots in my arches were her challenge of the day and she was facing this challenge with all her might. I felt bad for her since I definitely was contributing to her having carpal tunnel syndrome in the future, but DAAMMN she was good.

I had a 60 minute treatment and then an extra 10 minutes for a problem neck area. It was just what I needed. The staff is super nice, and the facilities very comfortable. I would definitely recommend them to friends.

I’m a bit of a tui na ho, and this was pretty awesome. Just went for the 30 minutes to test out the place, but it’s nice! Super new, plenty of privacy, no weird«ethereal» music, and a solid back rub. Will be back for a longer full-body situation, for sure.

Had the 60 minute treatment today with the hot stones. Man it was painful at times, but I feel the difference :-) This will become a much needed routine.
