Flatbush Plumbing Supply Company

My husband and I had bought a bathtub with a special ordered shower door and walls from Lowe’s. Upon opening it we found that the tub had a manufacturer’s defect. We returned it, and went to get a new one and it turned out they were out of stock. After doing some research on American Standard, I found that this establishment, Flatbush Plumbing Supply, may have it. So I called, spoke with someone, and was told I would get a call back. No one called me. Then my husband called and since we had bought the majority from Lowe’s, we were told that they «can’t help us». I called shortly after to simply ask why. The man I spoke with was not only rude and abrupt, but told me that they «couldn’t bail us out» and that he knew NOTHING about this tub. I never asked to be bailed out; I simply asked if they could get me a tub. I am appalled at the low quality of service, and the lack of knowledge on an American Standard Tub. I DO NOT recommend using this business, these people are not professional at all.

Amazing customer service! They were knowledgable and worked with us every step of the way in renovating 2 bathrooms for my house and a half bath for my parents!
