Fantastic, satisfying food. Outrageously delicious. I think this is in my top 2 for best mexican restaurants in NYC. I came here with friends for brunch and could easily eat here for every meal. I had the chilaquiles with chorizo and green sauce — YUM. The portions are huge — but I found«room» to finish my dish. My friend ordered two entrees and took one home for dinner(quesadilla). The space is tiny, but there are a few tables if you choose to dine in. Don’t forget to order the horchata :)

This place is a favorite of mine… Been in the hood for years and is always hot and fresh. Especially the corn tortillas which are made right down the street. Highly recommend getting breakfast /breakfast burritos here. Another go to for me is the pork burrito with green sauce. If you order chips they are made to order and the pico de gallo game is always strong.

There are 3 Mexican restaurants on Graham between Metropolitan and Meeker, this is the best one. No frills or gimmicks, just authentic Mexican cuisine. The chorizo tacos are my favorite, and the guacamole is delicious. They do too brunch, the huevos rancheros are so delicious. Good prices, and pretty quick. I live around the corner and come here weekly. It doesn’t look anything special on the outside, but definitely don’t overlook this spot.

So, I cant even comment on the food because I never received it. I spent $ 20 on food that I never got. The delivery guy left my food with God knows who and the only reason I found out is because 2 hours later when I called looking for my food. No one notified me that it was left with a stranger. When I called, the man on the phone told me it was my fault cause I took too long to call and look for my food. Before I could defend the fact that I was at work and had no time clock my own food(which is why I ordered), he hung up on me mid sentence. DUDE!!! WHERE’S MYFOOD!!! P. S. They got 1 star cause Unilocal didn’t give me the option to put 0 stars.

My boyfriend and I get delivery from here at least once a week. He’s from California and says it’s the best Mexican he’s had in all of NYC. It’s seriously damn good! The nachos and the enchiladas(and the guac is a pretty good price!) I love it

Best combo of Delivery + Food quality I’ve ever had in Williamsburg. Not only did the food arrive promptly but it also came hot and very delicious. I ordered the Huevos Rancheros and Oxaca Nachos w Chicken. Both awesome. I will be ordering again 100%.

Great little authentic Mexican spot. It seems they go a lot of take out but my wife and I ate in. Very friendly staff and the food comes out quick. You should check it out.

One of my favorite local Mexican food joints in town. Anything you order comes with rice and beans if you ask and you definitely should as the beans here are one of the best parts! I usually get enchiladas smothered in green sauce. If you are in the mood for an authentic Mexican meal in the williamsburg area, look no further.

Food is great and cheap. Stick to ordering off seamless though unless you speak Spanish.

Best Mexican in the area. The tofu burrito is surprisingly good. The beans are always fresh and tasty. The burritos have a exactly the appropriate amount of moisture, which to my mind is the mark of a truly well made burrito.

You could not get more legit Mexican food unless it was served to you by a burro with a side of fireworks. This place is refreshingly lo-fi, no pomp nor circumstance just telenovelas on the tv, an proper assortment of salsas and authentic working class Mexican fare. Olé

Fantastic. I was pretty blown away by how good this spot was when I first tried it. Happy to say it hasn’t disappointed after many trips. Love the other reviews who say it’s better than Mesa Crook-yoacan, because it is. Way better, in fact. And the people who work there are much nicer also. They told me once that they weren’t really supposed to let my lady and I drink beer there, but that we could paper cup it and be discrete. Always love when employees break the rules for my benefit. Love this place.

This place is such a gem. It puts Mesa Coyoacan to shame! Really tasty and satisfying food! I particularly enjoy their breakfast options. The servings are quite generous. I rarely can finish it all in one sitting. Try their freshly made guacamole, it’s terrific!

Perhaps the cheapest brunch you’ll ever have in NYC/Brooklyn, and solidly good Mexican food. Much better than some of the other options in the area. Florentinas is everything that Mesa Coyocan is not — cheap, fast, no frills, no artful interpretations. Just straight up Mexican food, probably cooked in corn oil. But let’s not dwell on that fact.

Being from LA, I grew up on Mexican food. It was my go-to, my default. Since moving to NYC, I’ve been on what seemed like a never ending search for some not-even-great but good enough Mexican food… AND then voila, good ol’ Unilocal led me to Florentinas to end my seemingly impossible search for Mexican good. Florentinas isn’t just good enough, it’s great. Their rice and beans are delicious and taste homemade. Florentinas is now my new go to for Mexican. Oh and ps– the service isn’t bad either. The cook, who’s a younger guy is extremely nice and adds to this little mom and pop place.

Great food! Had the same dish in Mesa Coyoacan and here(enchiladas suizas with chicken), and I’ve gotta say these ones are way better, even more mexican I dare to say(trust me, Im mexican!). It is a true mexican atmosphere, The novela is on tv and The cooks and waitress are commenting about it. Fast service and smiling/nice staff. Dont be scared when you enter, it might not look nice but it is clean and real good. Portions are big, I couldnt finish my dish. Ps: apparently is popular for delivery. I saw many orders leave while o was there.

I get their enchiladas or huevos poblanos every saturday because i work nearby. Oh my god your taste pallets will thank you for feeding you with god’s nourishments. Their serving portion’s perfect if not more and the hot sauce… Too perfect. But if there is one thing theycan change is the softness of their rice. Besides that little change i 5 star recommend this place.

I have only been here twice. The first time I had Chicken enchiladas. They were legit. The sauce was good and the rice and bean portions were plentiful. The second time I came I had breakfast. The Chorizo Scramble was delicious. Generous portions once again. I was a little confused by the potato strings mixed in with the chorizo and eggs but it was still good none the less. This spot is 100% approved for Mexican food at a reasonable price(or rather what I think tacos and Mex food should cost at most). –Sincerely, 100% Mexican/American Brooklynite
