Karen Goldberg and her husband Marcel Sager will fight harder than any lawyer I know. She puts the client before herself. AVOID THIS PLACE! They are INCOMPETENT and treat their clients very poorly!
I wanted to notarize a few documents, so I choose the closest office in my area. When I got in front of the office, one lady were smoking a cigarette. I asked her: «Where is the law office, I need to notarize the documents», she answered: «OH… SHIT! It’s me, and I was about to leave». We went to the office with her. She looked at the papers and said: «I’m not gonna notarize anything, the lawyer need to notarize it». (However, every paper required only the signature of the notary. It did not have to be a lawyer). I started to argue that it’s a simple notary paperwork. Then she said: «you need two witnesses to sign it». I called to my friends to come because they were one block away from the office. Then receptionist and a notary started to complain that they are not going to wait for them, because they are closing in 5 minutes, I said: «they are right here». Notary answered: «LISTEN, YOU ARE NOT MY FRIEND, RELATIVE, NOT MY CLIENT, I SEE YOU FOR THE FIRST TIME IN MY LIFE, I’M NOT GONNA WAIT FOR YOUR FRIENS TO COME». I said that they would be before closing, but she refused. I said: «Could you notarize the letter that I wrote». She said: «You know what! I’m not gonna notarize anything». By this time, everybody in the office was throwing me out from the office. Also, they said: «You can come back on Friday, we not gonna do anything today». I was shocked by such attitude to the clients. I went straight to a different place, where they notarized everything in 2 minutes. Plus no witnesses were needed at the moment of the signing! With those INCOMPETENT ladies, I wasted my time.
