History

Established in 1966.

With 4 generations in Bkyn, almost 50 years in business and 79 years of combined attorney experience, our firm is a valuable and essential ally by your side. Our spacious office is located at 6920 Bay Parkway in the Bensonhurst community of Brooklyn, NY. It is complete with four conference rooms and a friendly, courteous staff, allowing us to assist you through what is often a stressful process in a relaxed and comfortable environment. Our office is open from 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM every weekday and after hours by appointment, but we are available to help and assist you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year to take your calls and questions. Business Owner

Edward Held is the founding member of the firm. Mr. Held attended New York University and earned his Juris Doctor at New York Law School. While attending New York Law School, Mr. Held won the American Jurisprudence Award in corporations. He was staff editor of the New York Law School Law Review and had an article published in the New York Law Forum.

Edward Held is a Past President of the Board of Directors of New York Law School Alumni Association, is on the Board of Directors of the Independent Residence of Blind and Handicapped Children, and is on the Metropolitan Accident Claims Advisory Committee of the American Arbitration Association. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the New York Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Brooklyn Bar Association. He is admitted into the Supreme Court of the United States, all New York State Courts, the Tax Court of the United States, United States District Court of the Southern and Eastern Districts.
