Dr. Gwen Lentine works with Dr. Herzog. I found out they were married which doesn’t matter in this case.
I was extremely disappointed as a new patient not only for the long wait of over an hour, but Dr. Lentine gives the impression she could care less whether she kept you waiting an hour. Like she’s more important than you are. When I voiced my displeasure at being kept waiting so long she said oh I had an emergency. I said well I can understand that but you could have had your medical assistant keep me informed.
Don’t waste your precious time coming here because honestly SHE doesn’t care. I was also somewhat shocked that when I was given a plastic cup for a urine test, I was not given a towelette to cleanse myself as is the custom before a urine test. Also in the restroom there were no paper sheets to put on the toilet seat. I had to use toilet paper before using the restroom. Not my idea of cleanliness. Bad experience!
