I absolutely love the bagels here. They are always fresh and the workers here always have such a positive vibe despite the long lines in the morning. If you ever want fresh bagels in Midwood area definitely come and try these!

My daily breakfast stop, delicious, simple & fast service. The employees are all nice, especially Felix who’s the man. Been going for the past two years and don’t see any reason to stop. All in all my favorite bagel /deli spot in Brooklyn.

UNSANITARY. STAY AWAYThe worker grabs bagels with bare hands and then just stares at the older woman to pointed out that it is unsanitary to do so. Ordered a BLT and it had the worst taste. Hostile attitude of the workers should have been a good indicator to stay away and get food somewhere else. Visited the place for the first and last time on 04−14−16.

Consistently hot and fresh bagels that never disappoint. Felix one of the workers deserves a medal

Shame on me for ordering from this place time and time again. They mess up almost every order. And rather than being apologetic when I call, they respond with«yeh ok so what do you want ME to do then?» How about use your head? Deliveries over an hour late. Orders completely butchered. Missing items. Coffees shoved into the same bags as the bagels(yes they spill), and small bagels with micro dabs of cream cheese. It’s a shame. A year ago you guys were pretty good.

They didn’t tell me that my B.L.T would come with turkey bacon and not regular pork bacon where bacon should come from. Then after ringing me up it was $ 7.00 for a little tiny B.L.T! !! Then I also got charged .50 cents for a coffee cup lid. Yes a lid to my coffee cup was .50 cents. Foods«ok» but price wise not so good at all.

Love this place. Great sandwiches, and always fresh. I have tried everything from a simple tuna sandwich to a custom pastrami sandwich, and every sandwich tasted great. The place is clean, and the menu is not expensive. The staff are responsive and friendly, and there is an area for seating. Great spot for a casual breakfast/lunch.

Best bagels hands down. Their bagels have the perfect chewiness and freshness, and their cream cheese is on point. My go-to bagel is toasted garlic bagel with cream cheese. If my sweet tooth is calling, I’ll add some jelly into it as well. If your feeling indulgent, do yourself a favor and get the lox AND cream cheese(not the lox flavored cream cheese). It’s a bit pricey(6.99) but is soooo worth it. Always on a toasted bagel!

This is my favorite bagel spot in the area and probably in Brooklyn in general. They used to be in an old location on kings highway but this new one it’s nicer, it has tables to sit and its bigger. Felix is always nice enough when I go.

I have been to this bagel store since the move to this location from its previous location on Kings Highway between East 16th and East 17th streets. The bagels are excellent as are their fresh baked muffins. The staff is courteous and friendly. There are other bagel stores in the area but this store is the #1 bagel store(yes, they also have bialy’s too) in the Midwood/Marine Park area.

I must say the bagels are amazing! However I am only giving one star for customer service. Placed an order this morning, waited two hours. Called the store and was told the order was on its way. We are 6 blocks away from the place. 12 pm, still no delivery, Called the store again and a gentleman asked me if I was sure that we ordered from them. Yup Im pretty sure since our office orders almost every day from them. He then said he did not have an order from us. Wont be ordering again.

Wanted to love this place, but the bailys are terrible. Kaiser rolls shaped like bialys, with no actual onion in the middle, just 4 or 5 dried onion flakes shook onto the outside of the roll. What the heck is this?

Good bialys but ridiculously expensive sandwich prices. $ 4.90 for a beef bologna on bialy.

Went here late night an hour before they closed and they close pretty late at 1 am. I got a plain bagel and cream chesse and dammm it was good ! The best cream chesse on a bagel I have ever tasted. Also got a bacon egg and cheese on a plain bagel and all I can say it I will be coming here more often.

It’s pretty hard to go wrong with bagels anywhere in NYC, but it’s really hard to find one that really stands out. And I’m not talking something that beats the«freshly baked authentic goodness» from the likes of Dunkin Donuts and Starbucks, because then every other place would have 5 stars. I’ve been coming here for over 5 years and it’s the best bagel i’ve ever had. I get bagels to-go from here, and often pick up a dozen to take home, freeze them, and to have them days later for breakfast, and they’re just as fresh. They always bring out new batches during the day and rarely have bagels that were left over from the day before. Sometimes there’s a wait for a new batch, but it’s ALWAYS worth it. If it’s a new bagel fresh from the oven, do not even ask for it toasted. Why ruin something that’s already perfect, warm and crusty.

This is my morning bagel spot! I visit this place at LEAST once a day. So first of all they have great hours and they even stay open till 2am in the morning which in this area is a blessing for food this inexpensive. The bagels are made fresh and they have a descent variety. Their prices are a little high but I mean they are freshly made bagels… I can live with that. I will say there coffee is a little overpriced, a small black is $ 1.35 which isn’t bad when compared to Starbucks and Gregroys but for their quality of coffee a dollar seems more proper. Then again it’s not a coffee shop it’s a bagel spot and their bagels are on point! Their staff is courteous and they expedite super quick. Their night staff are great guys and they make you feel homey by always greeting you and treating you with respect. Overall: AMAZINGBAGELS and AMAZINGSTAFF makes this the Bagel spot for all Brooklynites to enjoy their morning meal ^_^ GREATJOBGUYS!

Ive been going to this place since they were at their original spot on kings highway. I prolly go there at just the right time or they may have spidey sense when it comes to my carb craving because their everything bagels are right out of the oven. The cream cheese practically smothers the bagel with love(the workers literally do it which helps). The customer service has never done me dirty. Best thing. they make my large coffee light and sweet just right. Carbs and coffee have a small section in heaven and a big spot in my belly(said in fat bastard voice)

First time going here, we got lox n cream cheese on sesame bagel. One of the bagels was hard as a rock and we wound up paying $ 16 for 2 bagels. We went back one more time to give it another try, this time the bagels seemed fresh but barely had any salmon on them. $ 8 for a bagel with lox is crazy overpriced. Not worth it, especially since the quality is mediocre at best.

Yes their bagels r the best. They just moved to this location. They just started to offer coldcuts on bagels and breakfast sandwiches. I’ve order both new items and it like they barely put anything in the sanwiches. I’ve gone back and looks much better. Happy and content
