Ideal Home Health, Inc. is a New York based licensed home care service agency serving Brooklyn, Queens, Manhattan, Bronx, and Staten Island. We provide both short term and long term home health care services to patients, offering skilled and professional services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through our warm, caring, and experienced staff. Together, we work with patients to establish a plan guaranteeing optimal support for the tasks of daily living, ensuring that our patients are safe and comfortable in their homes and communities. We provide a variety of services including but not limited to home health aides (Live –In/​Out, Long and Short Term), personal care aides, physical therapy, occupational therapy, homemaker, companion, and housekeeper services. All of our services are geared towards supporting independence through in-​home care. We accept most Medicare and Medicaid plans, as well as a wide variety of Managed Long Term Care Plans.
