I have had cars towed in the past, all horrible experiences. I am glad to say that they were responsive, on time, professional and didn’t try to scam me. I took a bunch of cards to pass out to friends, nice to know there are honorable business men out there.

While I didn’t actually get to use this towing service, they’ve got some seriously great customer service. My battery had died and I needed to get my car to a nearby shop so I called them up. The guy I spoke with immediately had his tow truck driver start heading my way, and shortly after, I ended up getting a jump from a neighbor. I called to cancel the service and even though the tow truck was only a few blocks away, the guy I was speaking with didn’t seem annoyed, frustrated, nothing — he was totally fine with it, called me by my first name during each phone call, and really made the entire process considerably less stressful.
For anyone looking for a tow — these guys only charge $ 75 and have got a great team. I’ll definitely be giving them a call next time around.
