Specialties
As a birth doula, I accompany women in labor to help ensure a safe and satisfying birth experience. I have completed birth doula training approved by DONA International and I draw on my training, knowledge and experience to provide emotional support, physical comfort and information about pregnancy and childbirth to make sure you have the information you need to make informed decisions as they arise in labor. I can provide reassurance and perspective to you and your partner, make suggestions for labor progress, and help with relaxation, massage, positioning and other techniques for comfort. I am independent and self-employed. As your doula, I am working for you, not your caregiver, birthing center, or hospital.

Mollie M.
Business Owner
I am a Brooklyn based, professionally trained (DONA) birth doula with two children of my own. I believe that quality care and support during childbirth is a basic human right.
Prior to becoming a doula, I spent 13 years as a non-profit fundraising professional for organizations like Housing Works, Inc., Lymphoma Research Foundation, Prospect Park Alliance, and SummerStage. My journey into motherhood was a powerful experience that brought me to the realization that I had a calling to become a birth doula.
My mission as your doula is to provide continuous support and comfort, and maintain and preserve your birth experience from labor’s onset to the birth of your child.
