Keystone Contracting

I was connected with them through HoneAdvisor. Kristine from the office called to confirm my appointment and get more details on the work I want done. We spoke fewer than 24 hours before my scheduled appointment. They never showed up or called after that. Take it from this home advisor and stay far away!

Adam and his crew where excellent. They did an amazing job replastering my walls and painting my apartment. They completed the job in 2 ½ days. Adam was very nice and very helpful the entire time. His crew was also very nice and friendly. i would rehire them in a minute. The quality of work was execellent They cleaned up after themselves and were always on time. I plan on using them again for other projects in my house.

Did not resolve issue with shoddy work. Owner denied work was done but was not there at time of installation. Can not recommend

I’ll start off by mentioning that I normally do not write reviews. However, I felt compelled to write one since Adam has always been courteous, reliable and honest. (very rare traits for contractors). I own an older home so I’ve had my fair share of contractors. So many of them never show up, complete only 90 percent of the job, try to over charge you and/​or don’t return your call; not Adam. He is a person of his word. All the jobs that he has done for me were completed on time and for the price that was quoted. Keystone came to my rescue when a previous contractor (my lesson to never pick a dirt cheap contractor) completed only 90 percent of the work and never returned any of my call after two months. Adam had a lot of other jobs at the time but still made the time to help me fix and complete what the prior contractor had done in a very short amount of time. Keystone has previously fixed my front awing, my roof and waterproofed my basement; a job well done on three projects. Keystone will be the contractor that I use on all my future home projects. I don’t need to look any further and I suggest you don’t either!

They did a great job reroofing the house, and replacing the siding and gutters. We’ve gotten lots of compliments from our neighbors! The only part that was disappointing was that they were very rough on our yard. Basically all of our flowers were crushed by equipment. :-(But the actual work on the house was great, and the flowers will come back next year. :-)

They did a horrible job fixing my window. if you want them for pointing they are great, but thats it. Because I had to yell at them to come fix what was not not properly completed and it took sometime for them to finally come, I most likely will not hire them to do another job. For the most part even though they tried to make excuses for the work they are willingly to at least talk and do not yell at their customers.

First off I’d have given him a 4.5 but Unilocal doesn’t do that sooo 4 it is because no ones perfect. =)
Now we had to get our roof done and found a flyer for keystone in our front gate. Convenience? I think so.
We got estimates from numerous companies and keystones price and attitude were better than others. They did a complete reroofing taking cedar shingles and 2 other layers of asphalt shingles off and put a new layer of shingles on. All told the whole job was finished promptly, work was done well and everything was cleaned up afterwards. They also used seamless gutters which were professionally installed. Workers were courteous and simple requests to remove antennas and the like were done without complaint. Prices were reasonable and Adam was great at working with us to meet our goals.
