We believe in seasonal use of produce, and our menu changes accordingly to reflect this throughout the year. Daily specials of homemade soups and hearty, long-simmered stews are added to the menu in the winter, while spring and summer feature an expanded sandwich menu along with multiple salads that we craft ourselves using the finest in-season ingredients and produce. Head chef and mastermind behind Knife’s creative menu, Nikola Nedeljkovic says he views the menu as a constantly evolving exploration of all the delectable possibilities that each season has to offer.
History
Established in 2013.
Knife was created with the idea of uniting homemade sandwiches with a variety of flavorful sides and sauces. Our emphasis is on the homemade; we create all of our sauces and marinades from scratch using only the freshest ingredients, from crafting our very own ketchup and multiple flavored mayos to smoking, curing and marinating all of our meats in-house.
