Very courteous! I miss the old Russian couple who were the previous owners and hope they’re doing alright, but the new Chinese owners provide wonderful, courteous customer service. The fact that they’re open late (until 10, I think, but don’t quote me on that) is also nice considering most other places in this area close around 6, which is absurd if you actually have a life.

The only place I know of in this area that does pick up and delivery. I live on the 2nd floor and i never have to meet hem downstairs Prices are reasonable. I do my laundry every 2 weeks. For 2 huge stuffed laundry bags it only costs around $ 40. They also have caller ID so you don’t have to give them your address every time you call. I highly recommend them.
