I used to use these cleaners regularly since I live a few blocks away. The couple that own/run this establishment are very nice but it is super expensive for the work you are asking for. Consistently I have had things come back stained and they ruined a few of my silk shirts and buttons.

Great quality and superb customer service! I brought in a tote bag with a ripped handle and they fixed it and did not even charge me.

I had my clothes dry cleaned last week. The couple that works there is nice, but I don’t think the cleaning is good enough for a 4 star rating. A stain that was in my skirt was removed, but I had a new one in my jacket. I’m not positive if dry cleaners cover this, but for the amount of money I paid for the service, my suit cane back still covered in cat hair.

Called them 2 times on different days about Dry Cleaning and Alterations. Can not get a price quote whatsoever. The dude keeps repeating«Come in, we’ll see» and refuses to answer questions! Pretty frustrating if u don’t live around the corner!

On site service, friendly place and super fair pricing. Plenty of street parking right outside. The quality of the work was excellent. These guys are a true find.

MYREVIEWDOESNOTINCLUDETAILORINGSERVICES: Real Art Cleaners is an impressive approach to dry cleaning, by which i mean that they are actually experienced, and do not care to make a federal case about yourr requests. Everything is simple– just give your name and number and they have all of your information in their computer system. A delight! They will willingly take any specific requests you may have, they will even smile and nod when you say, «Be careful with my clothes,» my regular bit. I think that their prices are a drop higher than other places, but its worth it if your experience pays for itself!

After the debauchery that was my old dry cleaners, I opted to spend a little bit more and pay for on-site dry cleaning. It comes as no surprise that Real Art Cleaners has been around for more than 20 years! Ever since first moving into the neighborhood, the Cleaners have been around. Perhaps such level of consistency is a statement of their quality of work and service. The process for Real Art Cleaners is relatively simple… 1) Walk in with your garments in hand 2) Render your phone number(this is how they keep records on their automated system) 3) Inform the owners of your garments, what you need done, and when it’s needed by 4) Obtained receipt 5) Smile, say«Thank You» and return in a few days for freshly pressed clothing! There was a single occasion in which my garment required«specialized» work… Found an old Diesel T-Shirt in the donation basket that was stuck with Laffy Taffy for over 6 months. The T-Shirt was one of my favorites, not to mention the shirt costing me $ 45.00. After describing the situation and how long the stain had been imbedded on the shirt, the cleaner was able to remove more than 95% of the stain. One shirt saved! Such expertise should be praised, if not respected. With that in mind, paying a little bit more for expertise dry cleaning is better than average work, not to mention lost garments. Notes on Real Art: — If only looking to have your garments pressed instead of dry cleaned, the cost for each garment is $ 2.00 — Alterations are conducted, but not at the expert level as some may require — Prices are slightly more than average… You pay for what you get — Talk to the owners about stains on garments, they will tell you right away if it can be chemically removed
