They’re closed for lunch from 12 to 12:30, but for some reason they still let you make an appointment during those times. I needed to get some blood work done, and only had to wait for about 10 minutes before they called me up. The woman who took my blood was friendly enough and didn’t destroy my veins or anything. They said they’d call me in 3 – 5 days and actually didn’t. I had to call them myself to get the results. The phone system they have is actually incredibly inefficient. Takes forever to get to the options and for you’ll never get to speak to a person.

Went here once for bloodwork. Convenient that you can make an appointment online never have to call and be on hold or anything! I was in and out in like 15 minutes which is pretty much unheard of! The staff was fairly polite. The nurse taking my blood was extremely friendly and attentive. I’d definitely go back here to get lab work if needed. Especially if common practice is to move as quickly as they did :)

I ha the third appointment of the whole schedule, but came about 30 minutes late. For some reason I didn’t wait that long. For someone, who shows up that late for any medical assistance … not so bad.
I felt comfortable even though the day I went the weather was horrible. Waited for about 15 minutes at max before I was seen.
The only con was the location was a bit difficult to look for. The picture on other websites didn’t macth the building now.

Make appointment online… I never recommend walk-​ins unless emergency

I f you are unfamiliar with the area… Once you get around there ask a couple of locals where to go from there. Good Luck!

They kept me waiting 45 minutes. And that is with an appointment. Do not go here as a walk-​in. There were people in the waiting room who had been there nearly three hours. In fact, do not go here at all: find somewhere else to get your lab work done.
