What an absolutly unprofessional mechanic. I called him over the phone to set up an appointment for a tire replacement (as it has popped) and gave him the make model and year of my car. I get there at the appointed time and I realize he hadnt even taken my name or car information down. He then insects my car telling me they didn’t have the tire for my car. He instructs me to walk over several blocks to see if somewhere else has my tire and bring it back to his shop, which I do and then he calls me yelling to move my car which is blocking the entrance way of his shop. I left and went somewhere else. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I have used Lenny’s quite a few times for replacing my tires and doing balancing and wheel alignment. Now the business is being sublet and is run by KRS auto. Some of the old employees have remained on as krs.
I have ordered my tires from tire tack which were delivered straight there. Called them, said I was coming for replacement, the owners of krs told me 30 min and I should be on the lift. That worked for me. When I arrived I found the place in total disarray. Cars pulling in from both directions into the shop. It took me over 10 min. to get attention of the owner (Robert). When I finally spoke to him, he told me I would be next. The tech that was currently working on wheel alignment, finished the car he was working on and disappeared. I was standing around for about 20 minutes and then decided to ask Robert, this guy tells me that «o yea, he went to pick up his kid, he told me about that before, he should be back in 30 min.» And I’m standing like an idiot for the next half an hour. Its already 4:30pm and even if I take my tires and go somewhere else, it might be too late since its getting close to the day end.
The mechanic came back, I finally get my car on the lift, and by the way this is not the usual guy that used to work on wheel alignment there. This was new guy at least this was the first time I saw him. He worked quickly however he made quite a few scratches on my rims with torque gun when he was unscrewing wheel bolts on all 4 wheels. Scratches are small but very annoying nonetheless.
Bottom line: if you know another wheel alignment place GO THERE. From my experience, this is the last time I’m doing wheel alignment at that spot.

I had passed by this place a hundred times and knew they existed but that was about it. I’ve seen some very nice cars here as well as not so nice ones. But when I needed an inspection done, I came here on a recommendation and got what I needed, got in and out. 5 stars for the service. Taking stars off for the parking, or lack there of, especially when they are busy. No one is there to guide you where to go, so most people just leave their cars in the street making for extra large traffic cones. I managed to squeeze myself right in, but getting out was a major issue as the place is right on a busy corner and good luck getting out of the blind spot! The place looks slightly on the shady side but it is a garage and they obviously do good work or people wouldn’t be coming back. And driving really nice cars not just junkers. But since I didn’t have any service done on my car I can’t speak for that. The guys were very nice and put me at ease, so if you need your inspection done quick and easy stop on in.

Fast and easy! Prices are very fair. Will return for sure.

I am so satisfied with Lennys that this is a third website where I review this business. After years of being ripped off by mechanics because I am a female that drives a high end car, I came across Lenny’s Auto (Rob is the man!!), through a recommendation from a friend. Rob took care of the car and gave me a very competitive price. In another instance, when my car would not start, and I had it towed to Lenny’s Rob fix the problem by reconnecting some wires (I am a female, I have no clue!), whereas another mechanic would charge me an arm and a leg to replace some phantom part. Now the only mechanic I go to is Lennys Auto and recommend it to all my girlfriends :) who are tired of being screwed by mechanics!!!
