Lullaby Baby

Extremely happy with large and small purchases from this store. Went in for lots of advice during 3^rd trimester and are very pleased with the glider we ordered. Since then it’s the go-​to place for baby gifts for others and there are so many cute things to choose from. More recently as baby has gotten bigger we went to test drive several strollers and again service was superb. Prices are as good as the larger stores and delivery of larger items was still free. We are thrilled with the stroller and Yossi even helped with assembly. Always beyond our expectations. If you need anything for baby, come here first!

The store is great. Yossi sold me a baby chair that my baby loves. He’s was very helpful and knowledgable about what babies like and need for different developmental stages.

It was my first time choosing a baby gift and I had no idea what to get. The staff were so helpful in finding something within my budget that I was so happy with. They delivered it so fast, which was amazing because I was out of town and wanted them to have it right away.
It was such a pleasant experience!

Fine in person, but frustrating online. We ordered a stroller online that they didn’t have in their store and 4 days later they couldn’t tell me whether it had shipped yet when I called. They kept promising to call back with information, but never did in the promised time-​frame, so I had to keep calling them back.
When we got the stroller, we didn’t like it. They have a 25% restocking fee not disclosed on website. The website only says that they give «full refunds» minus «fees and shipping.» In other words, not a full refund. When I called to ask about returning the still unused stroller, they told me about the 25% fee and that 1) we should have seen it in person even though they did not carry it in their store; (2) they would not be able to sell it again because it was used, even though it was unused; (3) they would call me back given the first two. They never called back.

Yossi the owner is amazing! The people here are so nice and so knowledgeable. When I got pregnant my husband and I were grossly unprepared and knew absolutely nothing. Not only did we get everything we needed at Lullaby Baby but we also got an education and items that were specifically suited to our needs and lifestyle thanks to the amount of time Yossi spent with us. We basically did whatever he told us to and now 4 months into parenthood things are running about as smooth as one could hope for!

Recently did business here and the owner I believe– was great! He made sure I was happy with my purchase ! He went out of his way to help me. Great customer service :) Will definitely do business again.

This store cannot be beat. The owner, Yossi, is very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Lullaby Baby offers everything you’d find at the big box stores and at competitive prices. When you have a place like this in the neighborhood, there is no reason to order your strollers, carriers, small toys, baby care supplies and accessories from any of the big chain stores. The personal touch and dedication to your satisfaction from Yossi is something that’s hard to find elsewhere. I bought nearly $ 200 worth of product as a first-​time customer and was given a $ 10 store gift card as a generous «Thank You» for my first purchase.
Of course, I’ll be coming right back to Lullaby Baby the next time I need anything for our growing baby boy.

This is a wonderful store. The owner, Yassi, is incredibly helpful and will go to great lengths to make sure you get what you want. We bought a Dutalier Glider here and there was a UPS error that put our delivery window far after we expected our baby. Yassi worked the issue out with the manufacturer and then personally delivered to our apartment. You certainly will not find that level of personal attention and service in big box stores. Also, the selection is large and they can order something you want if its not in stock. I highly recommend this store.

I love this store. I have been coming in frequently since I moved to the neighborhood. The owner is incredibly helpful and was so kind as to assemble and deliver a stroller I purchased. I would highly recommend Lullaby Baby!

We love a good amazon order that comes right to our door because we have two kids but we try our best to shop locally especially when someone makes it worthwhile. Yossi at Lullaby Baby knows his stuff, only stocks his store with quality products goes out of his way to treat you right.

I rarely take the time to review stuff on Unilocal,but I told my wife I had to write a review of this store because we left there recently feeling really pleases and grateful. I don’t know the owner’s name but he is awesome. So accommodating, helpful and informative. My wife and I live near this store and have a 5 month old. The guy is excited to get questions and cheerfully answers them all, spends time explaining different options and knows his stuff. He made buying stuff so much less stressful. As new parents it is just really helpful.

A gem of a baby store in slightly South Slope with a very nice and knowledgable owner who went above and beyond to help me with a car seat return when the model I purchased turned out to be a bit too small for my son. Great for fans of Giggle who don’t have time to trek into Soho.

Great store, great selection– cant say enough good things about the customer service. Yossi, the owner, went above and beyond the call of duty to get us a car seat on a tight schedule.

I had a wonderful experience with Lullaby Baby. I bought a stroller from them and Yossi was so generous and helpful. He assembled it and delivered it directly to my door. When I had an issue with the stroller Yossi was again super generous with his time and helped me resolve the issue. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

When given the choice, I generally order from Amazon or
or some kind of big online place where you seem to get coupons every other weekend and prices cannot be beat.
So I’m surprised that I’m about to go wax poetic about what a wonderful shop this is. I think the other review is right, there’s nothing here that you won’t find elsewhere, but I don’t think that’s what it is about…
Pure and simple, it’s about the extremely nice man who works behind the counter and (owns?) runs the place. Yossi (sp?) is a pleasure to work with.
Just to give you an idea, the first time the Mrs went in there to buy a sun-​shade, he simply pointed out (to her mild embarassment) that our current model had one built-​in!
That’s the type of person he is. Genuine, honest, kind.
He did not try to rush us the second time we went in when we looked for an umbrella stroller and never ever tried to give us a «hard sell.»
Needless to say, when we were ready, we bought from Yossi and have been incredibly happy with our purchase.
Here’s the best part… it was the same price as Amazon, and I walked out with it on the spot — instant gratification :)

Brand new store with a lot of the most discussed baby items and a pretty good selection of strollers — I’m sure they’ll do well in Park Slope since there are surprisingly few good baby stores around here. While there were only a few high chair and crib options, they were some of those I’d already admired in higher end boutiques like Giggle in Soho. You probably won’t find anything unique, but you’ll definitely find all of today’s favourites.
I found customer service very knowledgable but somewhat overwhelming. In the world of new babies, sometimes you just want a little private time to discuss things with your partner. Lullaby is a new store looking for sales, but they could work on the coziness of their atmosphere; making me feel like these very foreign things belong in my home would go a lot farther than telling me I have to have them.
