If 0 stars was an option, I would give that. Ordered a bedroom set and kitchenette in early December from someone who claimed to be the owner. The delivery was scheduled for ¹²⁄₂₈ but only the bedroom set arrived and we were told that the kitchenette won’t be available till ¹⁄₁₅ when they will deliver. The bedroom dresser was ½ the size the picture indicated, but I will take blame for that one myself as I didn’t confirm the measurements. The fact that one of the ordered items didn’t arrive when anticipated however was disappointing. Took the day off from work to stay in on ¹⁄₁₅ and wait for my furniture to arrive to only be told when I called the store that they never told us it’s coming on this day (despite the revised invoice we had in hand!!!). After speaking to «the other owner» I was laughed at «for not understanding how business in America works», was told it will take another week or so to deliver my product and when I said I just want a refund and be done with it so I can order elsewhere and cheaper, the owner replied with: «You saved on the bedroom, what do you want to do, save on everything? We have to make money somehow! If you don’t want it, we won’t deliver it but you won’t get a refund from me. I’m also going to buy out this kitchenette from all other distributers just out of principle so you don’t get this at any time.»
Basically he strong armed me into just indefinitely waiting for a delivery that will come at some point in January.
Who does business like this???

Bad place they are arrogant people working their I will not curse but buyer beware this place lies and does not honor their warranties had s problem they practically told me to leave their store they lost plenty of buisness because of their arrogance !!!

The worst customer service i have ever seen from any retailer ever. After leaving a deposit the store changed the story. At first i was told that the furniture was manufactured in Canada so my assumption was it was a large manufacturer with some sort of warrant. when we came back into pay the remainder of the balance i was told it was made in the Bronx. the back of the receipt was blank even though the front clearer stated to see reverse side for terms and conditions. i was spoken to in a rude and demeaning matter by a person who claimed to be the owner while he was eating his bagel. they would not return my deposit of $ 100 but its ok i hope this and other reviews i post will cost them more.
