McDonald’s

The fastest service and well managed McDonalds in Brooklyn.
The place is immaculate and the staff is super friendly.
The food fly’s out of the kitchen with very little waiting.

I used to be a big fan of Mcdonalds, but i guess that when you are getting older, the body just can’t take it anymore.
I went there with my nephew, who love their food. Nothing much changed from when i was he’s age, except for one thing: The people who service you. I suggest that they start paying more, so maybe the kids who work there will take their job more seriously, or maybe higher quality people will decide to work there.

I love that I can come here at 2am and get «fresh» food.
The fries haven’t been sitting under the lamp for hours.
Sometimes I try to stop here on my way to work to pick up lunch if I didn’t make anything at home, but the drive thru line is always long around 1pm.
It’s very clean and the employees are pleasant.
Got fixed up quickly after that elderly person drove through the front a few months back.

your typical McDonald’s but this one seems to be pretty busy. Sometimes the workers are very friendly but other times, they don’t even acknowledge you. But I like this McDonald’s better than the other ones around the area.

Great food! And not too expensive. I especially love the baconator, that is my favorite and I order it almost everyday. The people are also really nice when I ask for extra napkins they give me lots. Service is top notch, food is top notch, this is the perfect place to have it your way. Eat fresh!

This is the best McDonald’s I ever been to! The service is fast and the workers are very nice! The bathroom is on the right exit by the parking lot! Lobby area is usually clean! Drive thru is open 24 hours sometimes I just walk up and be like can I get a number 7 lol

They will tow you in a blink of an eye if you don’t go straight into McDonalds. I’m sure they are making more money on towing then selling hamburgers. You lost another customer. Towing is $ 137.00

Very happy with the service and friendly staff at this McDonald’s. You can always tell who the manager is by the staff. And I dont know who manages this place but they are doing a GREAT job. It is well run like an oiled machine, esp the drive thru. So seamless and easy. And there are nice, friendly people who seem confident and know what they are doing. I always wait to find this McD’s before anyplace else. Service matters!

There’s only so much you can say about McDonald’s, i love it even though it’s bad for me and i keep coming back.
This location is good. It’s well run, fast as it should be, clean and mostly reliable.
My one caveat is when i passed through the drive-​thru last week to get my beloved Shamrock Shake but they said they were out of ice cream… i was devastated, to say the least. They did have it the next day, but the damage was already done!
Regardless, this is a good spot in a busy area that you can trust.

So, did I ever think when I loaded up Unilocal today that I’d be writing up a review for McDonald’s?
Nope.
So, why am I doing it today?
Because this McDonald’s is kind of awesome.
Why?
For the simple fact that they know how to handle a crowd. On the occasion that the drive-​through line is a bit crazy and the guy at the front of the line can’t decide what he wants… they’ll send someone out with a headset and a menu to take your order… they’ll call it into the staff inside and they’ll begin making your food. By the time you get around to the front the food is ready. And you didn’t have to wait until you got up to the menu board. Its a small thing but it can make a huge difference.
And while I can’t comment on the interior of the joint, the staffers have always been friendly, and the food has never been disappointing. Say what you may about McDonalds– but anytime we’ve stopped by this location the fries are cooked*, the sandwiches hot*, and the drinks are full*.
*definitely not the case with all locations.

Service was fast, I had the #5 angus burger. Way too much mayo and the fries had too much salt.

The management gets kudos at this fine fast food joint. The place is always clean, well staffed and virtually no socializing amongst the employees can be noticed. They really take their jobs seriously. The food is always fresh, the coffee hot or iced and old fries discarded.
To be honest, I am not a big McDonalds person becuase of all their processed meats and the chemicals but as far as fast food places goes, this is among the best I ever went to. Best I mean management wise and not food wise. (But later on this) They even have a nice convienient parking lot next to the post office and I always make sure I get a meal before taking a short (very short) trip to the PO. (So please don’t tow my car!)
In general, Mickey Ds corporate is far superior than any other franchise. When there is a crisis at hand or any kind, they swoop down and neutruralize the problem with lighting speed. Their marketing stratgey as well as their advertising budget is second to none However, they should concentrate more on the content of the food. Because, even though they have made strides in recent years, their staple menu is very unhealthy. So I will reserve the last star until the menu changes for the better even though it is of no fault of this particular restaurant.

A clean and well-​kept McDonald’s. The parking lot is a little crowded — watch out for people peeling out of the spots and aiming for the tight corners.
Inside, service was quick. Looked quite new and clean with one staffer cleaning the front and a few making food in the back and taking orders. There’s only a small napkin & ketchup & straw station to one side; I think they get everyone’s drinks for them. Service was prompt and the cashier was helpful in choosing a salad for my friend. Not bad overall for a McDonald’s!
