this place is very inconsistant as far as service but food wise its pretty good with everything usually fresh and hot. Service wise, the drive through can be slow at times, servers neglecting to put napkins or ketchup in the bag and a lot of times not thanking you for the transaction. I sometimes question if things will get better when the pay goes to 15 bucks an hour.

What a horrible establishment. The employees let their kids block the driveway and hangout in gangs on bikes. Those kids tried to create a scenario where we hit them and even had the incompetence to threaten with suing if we didn’t leave, but we simply had to wait because the take out food was Taking 5 minutes. Unbelievable. Bad location and rowdy teens at night, food was at least good.

Typical Burger King. Went through the drive thru. The person working the drive thru was a nice young teenager. I felt bad for him because the person in front of us was so rude but he kept his composure. I know how hard it is to work at a fast food place so I feel for the workers. Everything we ordered was hot and tasty, will come back.

One day I will stop checking into these fast food places. But not today. This Burger King is a hit or miss. Sometimes you get fresh food, most times you don’t. Sometimes you get someone nice taking your order, sometimes you don’t. Last night the guy was basically throwing my food at me, but I understood, he was probably tired of the rancid smell emerging from the bowels of Mill Basin. Keep your window up when you can because it smells horrible out here at night.

This burger king is under new management. What use to be a few minute wait now is a 10 – 15 min wait. The staff seems to be confused. On the flip side the fries are fresh(since they take so long). The location is newly renovated with a Popeyes on the other side. IF they can just give their shit together it would’ve gotten a higher rating

This place is so dirty. They need a renovation so bad. I used to order from the drive thru, but when i saw inside i didnt want to or ever did i go back here. I also think they got a B or C in the inspection grade. I only like A’s but thats just me.

Such a strange place! They are celebrating a grand re-opening with a renovation but one more than one occasion they said they do not have any meat… what? They promoted the stuffed bacon and cheese burger on the 2 for $ 5 special menu and immediately said they no longer sell it. The drive-thru is not done so well, with the PA mic coming before the menu so you have to drive up past the mic to see your options and then go in reverse to talk. The best thing here is the revamped inside and the amazing soda mixing machine! Make any crazy flavor you want!
