Antoine Hitti PT, DPT, MCMT

Antoine has been practicing Physical Therapy since 2006. Antoine is specializing in Manual Therapy and the rehabilitation of sports injuries. Previously, Antoine worked for various outpatient offices in NYC. Antoine was an active member of NYC Marathon Medical Team. His vast experience in treating patients with pain syndromes has led him to seek further educational advancement in the challenging area of manual therapy.

Francis G. Reyes PT

Francis is a New York State board certified physical therapist who has been practicing «SINCE 1997». He is committed to helping patients with various orthopedic and sports related injuries, and has helped many patients return to a normal and pain free quality of life. Francis specializes in sports rehabilitation, manual therapy, pheripheral joint mobilization, spinal mobilization, neck and back injuries, headache relief, and presurgical and postsurgical rehabilitation.

I’ve been going to a different therapy place for the last month and decided to visit optimum health. First impression was nice, clean and friendly staff. They really take the time to tend to your needs and work on whatever problem areas you are having. I came in for a swollen ankle and after my first visit, I felt better in one visit then 2 weeks at my previous PT visit. I highly recommend this place for anyone in need of Therapy services.

This place is awesome. I have 3 herniated discs, I’ve been to a few different physical therapists and these guys are just cut from a different cloth than everyone else I’ve seen.
Francis, Sue, and Tony all seem to work in tandem getting to the root of the issue. In other places it was a crap shoot on whether I’d get the «good» therapist. These 3 all rock.
This is the first place that I’ve had so much hands on treatment, and honestly i think thats what i needed. How the other places didn’t think to help me work out the giant knots in my lower back amazes me. Only after seeing these guys did i realize how bad the rest were. In the last few places they would use a large pad type massager which didn’t really help. These guys will get in there with their fingers, hands, knuckles, elbows, knees, i think i saw a foot once :), and really work the problem area. You will scream while they do it, but it feels soooooo good after.
While I’m not 100% yet, i went in there around lets say 50% about 3 months ago. I couldn’t walk, stand, or sit for very long due to the pain. I feel as if I’m at 95% right now. Im fully confident they will get me to 100. I can get through the day with no problems right now.
Also the staff is really nice, its never crowded, the music is never the crappy «massage cd» of waves and birds or something its seriously good, and you rarely wait more than 5 – 10 min for your appointed time which really means a lot when you are in pain!

I had to run a marathon in a few months and had a lot of problems during training. I pulled my hamstring and had some issues with my knees during running but I couldn’t compromise on my training. Tony and Susanna really helped me with the recovery process. He also recommended Kinesio taping for my knees for added support and structure. This drastically reduced the pain when running. I finished the marathon without any major problems, just some really sore legs! Lol. I highly recommend this place for any sports related injuries

I have nothing but great things to say about this facility. Front desk people are very nice, kind and helpful. Francis, Susanna and Tony are great PTs, very knowledgeable and patient. I strained my back a few weeks ago and have improved significantly after 5 sessions.

Went here for 6 weeks starting in January with hopes of strengthening my injured knee (partial torn meniscus and a loose acl). Well as of right now I have no issues and been holding up quite well thanks to them. The staff were great and always felt welcoming. They talk and joke with you as if they were your friends. Definitely recommend.

I’ve been meaning to write this review for some time. I’ve been coming here for a few months now due to back issues. On my first visit, Francis immediately identified what was wrong and placed me on the appropriate régime. I’m not fully recovered, but just about. There are some lingering pains on rare occasions, but compared to where I was initially, I would say I’m 90% better (and hopefully increasing).
In terms of the staff, if it weren’t for insurance reasons, I’d hangout there all day! They’re fun and upbeat whilst maintaining the utmost professionalism. Francis, Tony, and Susanna are really thorough and ask you keep them updated on your condition. The trainers there are also on point and work in tandem with the physical therapists. I definitely recommend giving this place a try.

I told Tony and Francis I would write a Unilocal review if they made my aching shoulder better and you can guess the result since here I am. My shoulder is not only better it’s much better than I could have hoped.
Not only are they wonderfully skilled therapists both are funny and engaging. They are very active in their treatment and are sincerely committed to getting you better. Their different methods complement each other which I think contributed to their success with me.
Not only did they make me feel better I got a musical education as well. Who could ask for more? My thanks to Susanna as well who kept things on on an even keel as the guys worked their magic.

I love it. This place is excellent. I had a horrible back pain and I barely walk. Antoine and Francis did a great job. They are good professional. They figured out where was my pain without looking at MRI. After two months of PT it looks like i never had back pain. The staff is great. Susan is great team worker too. I strongly recommend this place. You are gonna love it and what is important your pain will go away really quick.

Francis and Antoine are awesome, their technique is working. Was about to give up (as I spent some time with other PT’s) when I found them. If you ever ache from shoulder pain, frozen shoulder, or shoulder impingement — these are your guys. So pleased I found them. I was able to lift my left shoulder and arm above my head to put on a shirt without pain after 8 visits. Thumbs up on the care and compassion

Tony and Francis are the best!!! I hopped around to see a few physical therapists before I ended up here and nobody else I saw matched their professionalism, technique, knowledge and pleasantness. They do a lot of manual therapy — so you see results quickly. To top that off, they coordinate really well and share the same philosophy so there are no issues seeing both of them to accommodate your schedule.

I came in with an aching shoulder and limited range of mothion. I left pain free and able to move my arm like normal.
Enough said? Well no. I also must add that both Francis and Tony are MASTERS at what they do. Caring, healers who abide by the oath they took to serve their patients I could not recommend any office more then this one. I am so glad I found them.

Optimum Health PT is a unique and exceptionally high caliber organization. I am a retired RN and have many years of experience, both professionally and personally, with Physical Therapists. Tony and Francis are truly outstanding. The amount of one to one personalized «hands-​on» care is phenomenal. The modalities they provide are truly therapeutic and beneficial. The time spent on trigger point massage, manipulation, stretching and other hands on care will not be found elsewhere. Other places spend 3 – 4 minutes «hands-​on» and the rest in self guided exercises, with or without machines. I have never experienced such hands on treatment by two pleasant, knowledgeable and caring professionals. I HIGHLY recommend them.
I have been seeing them for almost a month for knee osteoarthritis and my improvement is remarkable!

INCREDIBLE physical therapy! I have suffered from long-​standing neck, shoulder, and hip injuries, and have been to many PT places throughout the city. However, I have never experienced the level of exceptional care, expertise, and improvement that I’ve had at Optimum Health PT. I am actually pain free and back to the things that I love (sports, dancing, general running around!). As a bonus, the place is really nice, and there is just a very positive energy there. This is the absolute best place for PT in all of NYC, and I cannot recommend it highly enough. Check it out if you need treatment!

Francis (everybody calls him Francis) is friendly, fun to be around, and committed to help his patients heal. He really knows his stuff and will give you the kind of attention that you wish was more commonplace in the medical profession. Even when he’s twisting an arm or leg in a way that would normally cause a patient great stress or pain, Francis keeps the sessions light and remarkably fun. The bottom line for me was that I when I first walked into his office I couldn’t move my wrist at all. With Francis’ help, knowledge, patience and humor, we were (over a period of a few months) able to get my wrist moving full range in all directions without any pain. He’s a great guy.

I went to this clinic and was treated extremely well. My pain is all gone and i feel a thousand times better! I would recommend this clinic to anyone who is need of a physical therapist! This experience was above and beyond any other physical therapy experience i’ve ever had! If you ever need treatment, you should definitely go here!
