I don’t shop there often but they have been a reliable source of paper plates and plastic silverware for parties in different colors and patterns, as well wrapping paper and cards for all occasions. Not high-​end but also reasonably priced with a good range. I tried Paper Source – they’re high priced and tied to a certain aesthetic; also, most of their stock is not paper goods but small gift items. Possibilities has what I need most of the time when I throw a party, need to send a card or wrap a gift (the latter is their weak spot). They have now become a UPS Access Point, which is great for picking up packages UPS couldn’t deliver.

I expected to be annoyed given the previous review, but I ordered 2 dozen balloons for my daughter’s 1st birthday party, and everything went smoothly. The balloons were $ 10.99/dozen, which I thought was reasonable, and I ordered them on Friday for a Sunday party. They were ready to go at the time I requested them. I asked for dark pink balloons and got light pink, but that wasn’t a big deal to me.

I shopped there because it was convenient, despite the overpowering scents. but. a month ago in a downpour i purchased a $ 30.00 umbrella, which opened and closed by button. well… now, when you close it and bring it down to wrap it up, it pops open. they would not take it back, or give me a credit. said the company is «no longer.» i consider this very bad business in a neighborhood store, and won’t go back there, and hope you won’t either. a $ 30.00 umbrella should work well for more than a month!
