Though there have been decent reviews on this place there’s always bound to be trouble. I dropped an item off, a simple fix, and still haven’t been able to retrieve it after three weeks. I went back I want to say five times around lunch and the store was closed. I also called countless times and left messages. Eventually, I spoke to a worker of sorts, the owner possibly, and he was very argumentative and refused to acknowledge that a customer was having a bad experience. Perhaps they need to revisit their business practices and ensure the integrity of open hours. A true jeweler would recognize the importance of communicating that an item is safely at the shop. However this individual, a Russian accent, was unnecessarily nasty and wanted to continue arguing. I was getting worried that this place closed down and I wouldn’t ever be able to get my jewelry back, it was that bad.

Think of Quick Fix Jewelers Pawn Shop as a Brooklyn fast cash loan bank. Pawning your jewelry is like getting a secured loan, except with no credit check. What I like most about pawning vs loans is that I’m not obligated to pay the loan back. If I cannot afford it, they keep the jewelry, and there is no recourse, like another negative glitch on my credit.

I’d rather get a low interest rate from Quick Fix Jewelers than one from a bank. Quick Fix Jewelers in Brooklyn gives you same day cash and there is NO credit check. I love how low their interest rates are too! The low interest makes it easier for you to pay off the loan quicker. AND, they only ask for jewelry for collateral.
