I used them for my tax return based on the glowing review on Unilocal.I had nothing but trouble. They are very nice, however they spelled my son’s name wrong even though it was printed right in front of them. They didn’t look at the social security forms I gave them and just blindly entered them with no questions. I realized this when they said I owed money because I didn’t pay taxes on my social security benefits when the social security is for my children and is death benefits which is not taxable. The forms clearly have my children’s names and clearly state that they are death benefits. After my taxes were filed I received a letter from the state informing me of other errors made on my return. Due to these errors the state refused to provide me with my refund causing another huge hassle of correcting the errors. The receptionist is incompetent. They didn’t provide me with copies of all my tax documents, I had to ask for my copies back. I will be finding another place to do my taxes next year.
