I also thought this was the worst massage I have ever had.
In addition to not being a good massage, several people entered and exited the room seemingly just to hang out with the woman giving the massage. The workers chatted, laughed and talked on the phone loudly throughout the entire thing. At a certain point another worker yelled through the closed door to the woman massaging me. She left for several minutes with no explanation.
The room was so cold that I was shivering. The worker also all but ignored me when I brought up severe neck pain that had led me to get a massage.
I asked Shirley, the manager, about a discount or refund due to horrible service and was told there were no refunds. When I asked how management deals with unprofessional workers, Shirley hung up on me.
Don’t put yourself through this horrible experience!

This is the worst massage I have ever had. Please do not go here!
I had booked an hour massage for my birthday. Unfortunately, I could only make it through ½ an hour due to the freezing room, the masseuse kept leaving to answer the phone, a creepy guy was looking into my room as I waited for her to return, and when I left early because my hands and feet were numb, she still charged me the full price for the half hour!
I should note I had been there many times, so this is how a repeat customer is treated.
Like I said, please don’t go here. Usually, even a bad massage is still good, but this bad massage was the WORST (sorry for the caps, but it was really bad).
