Signature Notary Ink

Never showed for the first appointment. Called and rescheduled for the next day and she was a no show again. Won’t pick up the phone or return messages. Worst service ever! She seemed nice on the phone but has succeeded in messing up my day waiting around and calling and leaving messages.

Arranged on short notice (2 hours). Notary was on time and quick.

Okay — I have no clue why this is the first review for this place! I had called several mobile notaries only to find they don’t leave Manhattan. SNI is serves the whole city, and came to me at 7:30pm on two hours notice.
I had the most screwed up evening, where everything that could go wrong did. I was printing docs with my doorman at 7:22 because my printer ran out of ink and someone spilled coffee into his, so it took three runs of 84 pages to finally get one clean copy. Roberta came in the middle of this, and patiently waited in the lobby. I was frazzled, she was so super-​calm and sweet and reassuring and best of all — understanding! She just smiled, said this happens all the time, not to worry, we will get done quickly and I will make FedEx.
She didn’t just go through the motions, she actually explained what I was signing page by page and made sure I reviewed the critical ones. She was very friendly, but still professional. And quick — we got done in under an hour.
Amazing service and a very reasonable price.
