Create a customized cocktail menu or custom event drink with our mixologist and have it delivered to your event.

Book Signature Sips for a private cocktail class and give your guests a hands on, one of a kind experience. Our expert staff will teach you and your guests basic mixology. Everyone can get in on the fun of making their own elixir mixers. Create a unique experience and drink up afterwards!

History

Established in 2014.

Founded by two Brooklyn girls, Mary Jo and Ashley, Signature Sips began when one of them got married and the other made drinks for the wedding. Ashley’s main concern was that she had a pregnant bridesmaid and she wanted her to be able to partake in the fun, so she turned to her longtime friend Mary Jo.

Mary Jo has been in the industry for over ten years. She has worked in a variety of venues ranging from Michelin starred restaurants with a focus on wine and classic cocktails, to modern bars with a focus on new mixology, to nightclubs that are all about efficiency. In 2011 she won the Glammy (New York Nightlife) Award for Best Bartender, and in 2012 The Village Voice named Mary Jo the Best Bartender in New York!

Business Owner

Ashley has over five years in event planning experience, having produced galas and private parties in Manhattan and Brooklyn. She saw a void in the speciality cocktails that were available for guests and wants to change that. Ashley knows how important and special every decision is when it comes to weddings, after planning her own in the Spring of 2014. She wants all of her clients to feel the same way she did about her custom cocktail menu, happy and satisfied. Cheers!
