Easy to access storage units, where you can also drive your car to the entrance. The facility is clean, and they offer convenience hours. The problem here is the staff and the people who work here, they just give you the feeling that they just don’t care whether you rent here or not, and they give you the attitude.
When I thought about it, I decided that I will, not rent a unit here just because of that, since I don’t want to deal with that attitude. I would give 5 stars for the location, 4 stars for the prices, and star for the staff.

What a stellar experience with the crew here at Stop and Stor. The staff are great, the units are secure and well-​kept, and no hassle getting stuff in and out. I would like longer hours to be able to get my things past 7 most nights, but I was able to work around it (their late night is Thursday, when they close at 9). The items for sale in their little «shop» were reasonably priced — bed bags were $ 5, locks were what you’d pay for them in Home Depot, etc. I was expecting to get gouged but they were well-​priced, and even gave me a 10% discount on the items! All in all, a very pleasant experience.

I came to this place after a horrid time with Storage Deluxe the team here has been nothing but courteous and professional Adrienne, Drew, and Eugene are an excellent team

I went to this place, after seeing an online price and to view the units to see what would work for me. I went into the office and asked about the units and the so called manager snarled at me, «well we are closed now so I can’t help you» I said all I want to know is how much and what size I would need. He gave me a couple of prices. I askedabout the free month and he said oh we ddon’t have that. I pointed to a sign that said 1 free month and he says to me“you have to pay 12 months up front then the 13^th month is free” I said to him are you kidding? It says one free month online nothing about the whole 12 months. He said well u have to print our whatever u saw online and come back. When I said to him I was going to call the corporate office then all of a sudden he wanted to show me the units. I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE! If this is how a manager acts you can imagine how the regular staff acts. I called a place near by Secure Self Storage in Coney island and from the becoming I feel like they want my business, she explained every thing to me. I will be doing business with them.
