Fan favorites include our famous Egg Sandwich served on a warm parkerhouse roll with sliced avocado, fried egg, white cheddar, and siracha. We also have an amazing chickpea kale salad, curry lentil, and butternut squash soups. To satisfy your lunch cravings we have our Chicken Salad Sandwich.
Besides awesome sandwiches, our Cold Press Juice sells out daily. We feature 4: Green Juice, Red Juice, Yellow Juice, Orange Juice. The green is everyones favorite: kale, spinach, celery, cucumber, lime, and spirulina.
History
Established in 2013.
The concept is inspired by the healthful practices and eating trends of surf culture. The owners surf and grew up in the restaurant business with the love of the ocean, they are creating SUMMERS as a reflection of the lifestyle they live through food and beverage.
SUMMERS is a juice and coffee shop. We serve cold pressed juices made from locally and seasonally grown ingredients, as well as locally roasted coffee from Devocion., house made sandwiches, fresh soups and salads, as well as daily delivered baked goods from Ovenly.

Business Owner
Chris’ experience in New York began serving at ‘Da Gennaro’ in historic Little Italy. This led to opportunities helping open Cobi Levi’s (NY Times Reviewed) ‘Niko’ in SoHo and the TAO Group’s ‘Marble Lane’ Steakhouse at Dream Downtown in the Meatpacking District. Furthermore, he has worked as a server at world recognized ‘Ippudo’, a very high volume Japanese ramen house in the East Village. For the past year he has been at EMM Group’s ‘Catch’ in the Meatpacking District and then promoted as staffing and training manager for the opening of ‘Catch Miami’, where he was responsible for over 50 front of house employees. Most recently he worked for the 3 Star NY Times reviewed ‘Carbone’ in Greenwich Village as a Captain.
