Sun In Bloom is a gluten-free, vegan & organic raw food kitchen in Park Slope, Brooklyn.
The food is created to nourish the body with energy and love. You will find raw cuisine and macrobiotic dishes (soups, salads, wraps, sandwiches, etc.), raw desserts, gluten-free and vegan baked goods, nut mylks and 100% organic fresh pressed Norwalk juices.
Sun In Bloom makes all of their food, desserts, and beverages from scratch in their KOSHER kitchen on Bergen Street.
Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner weekdays as well as a weekend brunch.

Business Owner
Aimee Follette is the chef and owner of Sun In Bloom. Through her personal journey of healing and commitment to living a life of consciousness and service, she discovered the direct relationship between food and how we experience our lives.
Aimee graduated college with a BA in Fine Art, BA in Psychology and Pre-Med studies. This combination led her to work as a trauma technician in the ER, develop a marketing & promotions department for a national live music venue, teach Bikram yoga around the country, manage a yoga studio, and graduate from the Integrative Institute of Nutrition as a holistic health coach.
During a 6 week adventure in Europe, she created a space where all of her passions were able to meld together and function as one vision. This is when Sun In Bloom was born as a vision. 6 weeks following her return to Brooklyn, she opened the doors for Sun In Bloom.
