Description

Specialties

The Espejo Organization for the Arts is an organization dedicated to support the growth and diversity of the arts in the United States. We provide guidance to artists and creative professionals that want to live and work in the United States.

History

Established in 2014.

EOarts was founded in 2014 by the visual artist of Spaniard origin Kika Espejo. After graduating from her MFA at the School of Visual Arts in New York, Kika found the great need for guidance and support that international artists face when wanting to establish a life and career in the United States. In 2013 Kika obtained her O1 visa and started teaching workshops and giving one-on-one consultancies to fellow creatives that like her wanted to make of the US their new home. It was a year later that Kika decided to create EOarts with the goal of helping creatives working in any field make informed choices when it came to build their new life and career away from their home country.
