Fantastic service. Quick, simple and easy process. The staff reponds to your questions in a timely manner. And best part? They deliver your car whether ur in NY, NJ, CT, PA etc. I think they deliver elsewhere too, not sure. But it doesn’t hurt to ask. They are really pleasant to deal with. Paperwork is done in a matter of minutes in the comfort of your own home. The staff knows their thing, no beating around the bush…

Tier 1 is absolutely amazing. Yana is FANTASTIC!!! She made sure I got everything I wanted in my Jeep and the process was soooo smooth. Any questions I had Yana answered and the price was right. Everyone was so helpful, they delivered my car to my home in Jersey and took my trade in for me.
If you are looking to get a new car definitely go through Tier 1, and hit up my girl Yana.

Here’s my two cents… Good thing I found these guys in brooklyn when I was shopping around for a new car. I had my eye on the 2013 honda pilot but the other places I inquired, gave me the run-​around.
I talk to this asian guy Ben @ Tier One and he found me an GREAT DEAL without the usual headache and pushy attitudes. I would recommend these guys to anyone looking to lease.
