Stay away at all costs trust me on this one. This dry cleaners if you can call them that completely ruined two jackets which only had stains on them. I asked them to remove some oil based stains on two extremely expensive jackets which also have real fur on the collars. I was informed that the stains do come out and they will remove the collar and clean the fur portion by hand since it can’t be dry cleaned and be ready in five days. Fast forward two weeks later I arrive to pick up jackets and both jackets look like they were used as towels in an auto shop. The stains were not only magnified the collar looked dirtier than when I brought it in if you can imagine that. I took one jacket with me home and actually told them to keep the other one after twenty minutes of arguing over paying them sixty dollars for the worst cleaning service I’ve ever seen in my life. This place is very conveniently located if you live in bay ridge but trust me it will be worth the extra ten minutes to go to any other dry cleaners in the area. Stay away I lost a lot of money with this place

if i could give 10 stars below zero, i would. i brought in an expensive wool swing coat which needed to be mended and cleaned. it was repaired and i was happy with the results. my mother and aunt both were professional seamstresses and they would have done a much better job, but unfortunately, they both passed away so i’m at the mercy of a dry cleaner/tailor. one part of the coat was wrinkled and i didn’t trust him to do it again so i did it myself. i also brought a merino wool jacket to be cleaned. not only was it returned to me with more wrinkles(the area around the pockets were so badly wrinkled i complained and asked him to please do it again). if the owner was professional he wouldn’t have fought with me. i told him my jacket did not look like that when i brought it in. the collar was wrinkled and so was the shoulders. he not once apologized to me. the right thing to do was to apologize and do it again. he lost me as a customer. i’ll go back to my french dry cleaners/tailors on 17th avenue in bensonhurst. the owner, in my opinion, is not only rude, but arrogant. dont even bother with this place.

So, let me start out by saying that I will continue to use Tina’s because of convenience. But if I didn’t have to, I absolutely wouldn’t They are incredibly overpriced. The man who seems to be the owner seems to pretend to not understand when you’re asking questions about how much things were supposed to cost vs. how much you were charged. I can’t wait until I live by another dry cleaner so I can stop using them, but it’s just so convenient, hence the 2 stars.

I’ve lived in the neighborhood for five years, and although Tina’s is slightly more expensive than other shops, I trust them. I have never have a problem with alterations, pressing, or cleaning special pieces.

One of those nightmares I had in my life. If there was rating lower than 1 star I would definitely chose that one! I brought my new Max Mara skirt 1,5 months ago and a shirt as well. I asked if they will be able to not damage the handmade pieces and they say its going to be ok, I asked if they were sure and they said yes. It was the owners. They didn’t give me any receipt saying they will remember me and wrote down my information and a phone number. I got 115 $ ticket for double-parking because that busy street had no spots.(When I came back again I found a spot but the police was giving ticket to someone else right by the Dry Cleaners store). When I return to pick up my clothes I found a stain on a skirt and they said they were going to take care of it. The shirt had damage from ironing and a loop for the belt was broken. They answered they will fix everything. I moved out to queens from that neighborhood and call them before coming back. They answer that I have to come back because they wont find the piece without me being in a store. When I came back they still didn’t do anything so I screamed on them saying I will be back at the end of the week and I want it to be done. When I came back the shirt was still in a messy box and they skirt as well. I picked it up after I return from vacation. My mother was with me. The shirt was ok but the stain on a skirt was still there and the skirt wasn’t looking new anymore I guess from being cleaned so many times. They were screaming that they wont return money and after some arguing didn’t want to give me my pieces back. I was in about to call the police until I saw my mother being really nervous and walked away from it. Never ever will come back there and would recommend to stay away from that place.
