Just ordered flowers for a funeral and Jessica was very nice and helpful.

For the past couple of years, I have been ordering my parents anniversary bouquets online. I have to say out of the past 7 years I’ve ordered flowers online, I have never been so disappointed. Ordering the biggest version of the beautiful bouquet I ordered online, what my parents received was not at all pictured. On their anniversary, instead of a beautiful big bouquet of red and pink roses in a cute heart shaped vase; they received a small bouquet, with a cracked vase leaking water. Also the picture did not contain any carnations like the bouquet they received. After calling and complaining, I was told that what was delivered was very «fair» and that they will send a new vase with some flowers, that never happened after calling twice. — — -Here I am adding a description of what I thought the bouquet would be — — –
