This review should’ve been written in March of 2015. My sister chose the place to have her baby shower and after comparing venues, this was her choice (this review is on her behalf since she isn’t a Unilocaler). The place is very spacious, clean and we needed that because we have huge families (my side and my sister’s fiancé side). And plus, they both know lots of people. According to my mom, this was going to be the «baby shower of the year». She had to leave a 200 dollar deposit to secure the date but the grand total price was around 1700 dollars (yes, very very expensive but it was her money). The only negative that my sister came across was the lack of communication from management in regards to the time we wanted to come to set up; they kept giving us the runaround. We were able to set up by 4pm (they gave us two hours before our actual event time). That was her only complaint. And she also hired an event planner who did an amazing job organizing the theme. The baby shower was amazing and my sister received gifts that will last her for the next three years. See the pictures for yourself.

This establishment is grossly unorganized, let start with when we got there the tables from the night before were still set up when we needed to just come in and decorate. We had to help them move and break down the table which killed precious time. An not to mention they had people coming to view this establishment during our time so unprofessional they should of had that time closed off because it was booked. The management or worker whatever she is was suppose to set up the stage which she did half ass at 7pm when the party began and guest were arriving. We paid for a name in lights that no one seen why because it faced the ceiling instead of the floor so it wasn’t visible on the ceiling. The floor and bathrooms were gross someone had to mop and clean the bathroom which had no tissue. It was a nightmare leading up to our event. I would not recommend this place. Especially if you are having something as special as we were I wouldn’t want anyone deal with what we dealt with and that was just a short story.

The management at this facility grossly underwhelmed us, they breached the contract and greedily over booked my date and we had insufficient time to prepare for a function; we had to help their single staff member clean up after the previous client which wasn’t our job. there was no audio technician on premises to prepare outdated audio equipment which they encourage us to use; we booked for 120 seats and they provided seating for 108 seats because they share seats with another location, they had two mounted flat screens whose inputs were inaccessible and the DVD player could not read several DVDs formats, the ladies bathroom had two toilets with no partition between them the management showed no signs of authority: the previous members stood outside to fratinize and smoke marijuana way into our event time, also their dj continued to play music even after two meager attempts were made to get him to wrap up. Throughout the ordeal the managers continually played the disappearing act as they repeatedly retreated to the funeral home business next door which to me was an indication of cowardice an attitude lacking concern after getting paid. With the exception of the nice time that we had, the overall experience was emotionally draining and a disappointment and that’s being nice. The place is fairly nice and the staff are helpful but I would never recommend these individuals to anyone.
