Ultimate Car Wash

Took my parents’ gross car here for an interior detail. They’re crazy middle-​aged dog parents and accordingly, this car was disgusting– crusted dog puke, dog hair everywhere, probably hadn’t been cleaned in 10 years. These guys made it like new in just a couple hours and for only $ 80. They were fast, very friendly, extremely thorough, and squeezed me in even though they were very busy. Can’t recommend highly enough– hopefully now that my parents have seen what a clean car looks like they’ll go back every year or 6 months!

PLEASE BEWARE, AND PROCEED AT YOUR OWN DISCRETION:
I took my car to get washed here based on all of these lovely reviews. They scratched up my driver side window. I would not have noticed it if it were just one scratch. There are 4 large scratches and 2 smallers lighter scratches. It’s EXTREMELY obvious that is it in a rubbing motion, as if the rag they used was dirty with something and they used it against my window. I complained to the front desk, she sent me to the manager who was in the back. I spoke to him, he was extremely unresponsive and told me that it was already there and I had not seen it because my car was dirty. He barely made eye contact, and gave me no time of the day. He did nothing to show me any customer service skills whatsoever. Let’s be very clear, this is MY car, I would have noticed 4 – 6 scratches on the driver seat window LONG BEFORE taking it to get cleaned. I am very unhappy with their services, and will never return.
I paid for the best cleaning they had available, and the car was left with soap scum on the windows. I have received a better cleaning job elsewhere.

Great cleaning service on the outside. Less on the inside of the car. They can take extra 2 minutes in the inside, and they will be the best car was. Prices are reasonable for the service you will get here. I came here few times, if I lived in the area I would come more often.

This is my go to car wash. I get upset if I have to get a car wash elsewhere. They do such a great job here for a very reasonable price. My jeep always comes out looking awesome and they do such a great job cleaning the interior. They are friendly they take care of your stuff. I’ve had a full detail done on my last car and I couldn’t find dirt anywhere. The carpets were beige and filthy with stains but they made them look nice and clean again. If you love your ride as much as I do this is the place to take your baby to get fresh and clean.

When the car came out with dirt spots still on hood the manager explained to me that it was due to the fact that the car had been sitting under trees for a while and did not have a sufficient amount of wax to prevent the dirt from firmly settling. As a good faith gesture he ran the car through the wash again but explained that a car in the condition that mine is in really needs a thorough detailing job to prevent these kinds of issues. I appreciated his good faith gesture and his explanation of the problem /​proper solution. Did not get the sense he was trying to shake me down.

Reasonably priced car wash with good service, no complaints here.
Will be back for another wash soon.

I came across this car wash on Unilocal and decided to give it a try after a couple of disappointing and expensive detailing services. I really wasn’t expecting much but was blow away with the detailing they did to my mini van. I mean they cleaned, shampooed ever inch on the van. It was like brand new again.
I would highly recommend this place if you’re looking for detailing. I haven’t used the regular car wash service so can’t comment on that.

These guys goes above and beyond in ensuring your car is cleaned! Great job on cleaning not only the exterior of my car, but paid great attention to cleaning the interior of my car. They even ran it through the wash twice because they couldn’t get bird poop off my roof. When the second wash was unsuccessful, they used a razor blade and manually removed the poop themselves!
I would highly recommend this place! I’ve been coming here for 2 years now and they never disappoint :)

Fast, very cheap and they generally do a solid job. They sort of rush cleaning the inside but it’s still a great deal.
The line outside moves quickly, don’t worry you won’t wait long.

These give literally gave my car the white glove treatment, so fast and efficient, I was lucky there’s was no one ahead of me, truly a must go if you love your car.

Not impressed at all. Paid for the 3 star and still got a mediocre wash. Car came out of the machine and 3 guys came to wipe down the excess water, that’s it. Check the pics of my front and wheels, still dirty. The dirt had come off my rims but they didn’t bother to wipe it off. The chrome on my front was left untouched even though you can clearly see the grime and water marks. In fact, I was about to drive off when I reminded the guy that I paid for the 3 star and that included tires. So I handed him my receipt and another worker came over to apply the glaze on tires. It’s close and it’s cheap but definitely isn’t a 4.5 to 5 star Unilocal kind of place.

I must say I was also skeptical from all the reviews here but I trust them for the most part.
My car was FILTHY! Two kids who always eat in the back «kid mobile». I did the full detail clean and hands down is the BEST clean ever. They waxed, vacuumed and shampooed the hell out of everything. I tried many and this is the best so far. Do not be afraid to come here, the guys here (and owner) really care about your car and continued service. I will recommend all friends here and continue cleaning my car here.

Coming from Long Island and the level of competition I was a bit skeptical of getting a car wash in Brooklyn, but due to a wedding in the local area I had a few hours to spend and thought I would try this spot for a quick wash. The quick detail with a hand wax is what I choose and within seconds the owner came by to inform me this service would be about an hour.
To say the level of detail put into this operation far exceeded my expectation would be an understatement. I was astounded at the time and effort put into cleaning my truck. Not only did the workers spend countless time double checking the level of work being done but the owner cross examined the automobile several times to assure I would be satisfied.
I am extremely critical of my car and have been countlessly disappointed by the level of work in the north shore communities on the Gold Coast of Long Island. I would certainly make it a point to frequent this establishment. I assure you that you will be as astonished as I was about the care and detail of work.
As I am writing this the owner handed me a bottle of ice cold Poland spring and said «it’s too hot out, enjoy it on the house». This is true old school quality that isn’t found anymore in the industry.

I’m new to the area and came in because I read some positive reviews on here and thought I’d give it a try. The wash was fast, the prices are fair, and the service was good. I am pretty picky with my car, but I couldn’t find anything wrong after the wash.
After I left, I went to the gas station down the street and the pump broke, dumping gasoline all of the side of my car and into the area behind the fuel door. I came back to Ultimate and they washed my car again and made sure to get the gasoline off the paint for FREE! I will definitely be back for another wash.

Good job on my filthy dirty car that hadn’t seen soap in 8 months, only salt & snow! It came out shiny & new!
I got the full, 4 Star package & asked them to really clean the inside which they did. They cleaned my tires & windows with dog nose prints. The seats were filthy with dirt & crumbs & it really looks great. I’ll be back!

We found this place via Unilocal… we’d been trying to find a good carwash within a reasonable distance of the LES — and since we were in that part of Brooklyn yesterday, we were very glad to find this place. For only *$ 10.50*, the car was washed (including cleaning the mats/​etc. carefully) — and all of the workers were very friendly.

This is one of the better auto car washes out there. There are different levels of service but every car seems to get the same treatment for the most part. I opted for the undercarriage clean and that never happened. Overall the car comes out 85% clean. Basically all the areas that the auto wash can’t reach will remain dirty. Which is sadly better than most of these types of places. Overall they do too quick of a job but at least there is a large staff and lots of hands working.
Would I come back? Probably, but I wouldn’t be excited about it…

I chose the 1-​Star option and they cleaned the entire car, inside and out. That includes sealer wax, under carriage and rust inhibitor. All for just $ 11.50. Great price and service. The best car wash ever.

You can leave the car and pick it up washed by the time you smoke a cigarette. But I don’t smoke, actually.
They offer several services at differents prices, for our Jeep it’s $ 11 for a basic wash which is enough usually.

Normally, I always wash my car myself or go to hand car washes only. I had the normaly 10.50 package done and when my car came out, there were still spots all over. The technique that the people used to dry was terrible. Instead of starting from the top and wiping down, I saw one guy wipe from the bottom up from my splash guard. That is going to leave scratches on my car and in addition to that, that area was not even properly cleaned and I had to wipe it myself. The wait was around 15 minutes and I came at 3pm. Besides my car not being completely cleaned on the outside, the did a terrible job drying and I had water marks everywhere.
Maybe I came at a bad time but I am definitely not coming back. This was my first and last machine car wash.
