I’m in LOVE with this thrift store. I found two full bags of stuff that was beautiful, unique, and cheap. Everything I found seemed to fit. This is my new favorite place to shop in Brooklyn!!!

Nothing particularly interesting, decent prices but mostly junk. Rude, indifferent service. They have you keep your bag outside the dressing room while you use it and nobody is there to supervise. So your bag could get stolen at any moment.

I am not certain what people see in this place. Its just… meh. Maybe I can understand why women get a kick out of this place but for the life of me I don’t see why any men would shop here. To echo an earlier review, the men’s section is essentially an ocean of plaid/​flannel shirts. I am being a bit harsh though. This place isn’t my style of thrift store and that doesn’t mean it isn’t worth a visit. Me myself I just don’t get it…

My friend and I came in to find outfits for her upcoming 90’s themed party. Too perfect! Feels like we walked into the 90’s.
I found the old school mets jersey I was looking for and she found a whip gang of jumpers to choose from.
They also take apply pay We will surely be back!

I’ve been going to this secondhand store for almost 3 years and it is absolutely amazing! They have great stuff and the staff is super helpful.
I kind of don’t want to give it five stars and have a bunch of new people showing up to my secret spot… LOL, but it really is awesome!

This is a must… If you’re planning on going to any, GO HERE FIRST.

Soooo many good finds here! I am a 24yr old woman who’s into «trendy» stuff and I had an amazing time shopping here and left with 3 bags full of $ 8 jean shorts, $ 5 dress shirts and plenty of other great items! I plan on making a monthly trip.

One of my fav thrift stores. I barely go anywhere else anymore honestly. I never leave this store without some great finds and they are not pricey. Thrift should be fun and not expensive. You get great quality even new sometime pieces from this store. I’ve gotten oxfords, ankle booties from lucky brand for like 15 bucks I think. I’ve gotten countless vintage dresses for 8 bucks or 5 bucks. It’s my favorite place to go. Everything is neat. It’s a huge place so you need patience lol but it’s the best thrift store ever honestly. I’ve been to a lot of thrift places and this is the best.

Used to be my absolute favorite vintage stores to shop from used to get all the men’s vintage 70’s disco polyester shirts, many old vintage t shirts, sweaters, jackets etc. Today the store has changed they no longer seem to carry true vintage, you will basically find nothing but newer clothing made abroad, 90’s and up now, I am very disappointed in the change. They also used to have a great used vintage sneaker display and now that is gone they have very few wearable sneakers and mostly beat up boots. The prices are still great but everytime I go there now I am leaving empty handed because there is nothing I want :(I wish they would go back to the vintage 60’s 70’s 80’s made in USA clothing :(

Hit or a miss every time. Lately haven’t found much, but in the past I’ve found some nice stuff. Nice Ralph Lauren blue velvet jacket, some nice windbreakers, and cute sweaters. Not a fan of their jackets, or pants. Can never seem to find too many items in a small.

I didn’t have a lot of time to browse but what I did see was pretty distant and reasonable. I will be visiting this location again.

Great place, clean, racks aren’t too full and you can actually look at the shirts and such. They have fitting rooms and a wide selection of clothing. Fairly cheap

Great selection. The thrift store in Brooklyn are so much more expansive (NOT expensive!) than I’m used to that they’re a bit overwhelming. I’m in the market for a leather jacket right now — yes, I am actively trying to be cooler and I’ve heard the first step toward making this happen is admitting that you’re trying to do so, and the second is purchasing a leather jacket. They have a ton, but there are so many my head started to spin, so I stepped out of the store with resolve to come back once I’d done a bit of research and new more of what I was looking for.
So if you see a guy in here this week desperately combing through the (many) racks of leather garments, try not to laugh too loud.

Great place to shop. They have everything nicely organize and the prices are REALLY good.

Solid thrift store, had a lot of brand names, and I liked the service. Only thing is remember to bring cash. They do accept card, but sometimes the machine doesn’t work, and what not, and there might be complication. Bring cash to save you time.

Huge selection of stuff worth looking through. I bought two jackets (one a heavier type and the other a windbreaker) and a lined flannel for $ 23. The most expensive stuff was about $ 40, but those prices were reserved for garments that are near brand new and something most would consider an «in» fashion item. Lots of shirts and sweaters for $ 5. Big selection of leather belts for $ 5, too. Didn’t see a great shoe selection, but only my first trip. Probably hit or miss – like everything else at a thrift shop!
Any thrifter would be wise to check this place out. It’ll probably be a once a month destination for me.

Urban Jungle is cool!
This place is very well organized, especially for it’s size. Upon walking up, you’ll notice BALES OF CLOTHING in the street or on the sidewalk. I hear that they purchase these bales of clothing and sell them in store.
Not sure where they get their clothing but you have all kinds of styles and fashion eras to choose from.
I could have spent DAYS in the t-​shirt aisles. Looking for a Jones family reunion t-​shirt? They’ve got it. Maybe a MTD Quality Circles Liverpool Plant t-​shirt? Too bad, I already purchased it.
Urban Jungle/​L Train Vintage has so much to offer from pants to jackets to dresses and shirts! They also sell shoes and purses and all at affordable prices! The store is clean and neat. The clothing, however, is not sized so it definitely takes some patience. The dressing rooms are unmonitored, which is nice ’cause you don’t need to count your items and get a key from someone. Also, they have this huge mirror where you can check yourself out!
My boyfriend and I came in for a non-​touristy New York shirt (they should totally have a New York shirt specific section) and although we didn’t find one that caught our attention, we walked away with a few great bargains!

Be prepared to spend some time here, and you will find the treasures your dreaming of! The store looks like a big industrial space, and walls are covered in vintage from floor to ceiling! At first glance you might think it could be more fancy or inviting, but as said; take a closer look, and you will find!
Even though I didn’t bother to look around forever this time, I found a few pieces that I couldn’t be without! Two beautiful maxi skirts; one blue and glittery, the other with inka style patterns, just perfekt for summer days!
The staff is very helpful, and they give you their honest opinion. One young man gave me styling tips, and compliments for the pieces I had picked out. Fitting rooms have decent space and there is a huge mirror in the same area. Must add that they have a good sortiments of straw hats and hand bags. I recommend this store to any men, and ladies who are looking for urban adventures!

I definitely had to come check this place out after the rave reviews on Unilocal.I was not disappointed.
To be a good thrifter, one needs to possess lots of patience. I’m still working on that patience. However, this a place to put it to the test.
There are a lot of options and the fur coat section is where I set my heart. I purchased a fur coat for $ 20 and its perfect for a night on the town.
I do want to say this thrift shop is geared towards men, in my opinion. I think their men department is way bigger than it’s women. But today’s trends consist of androgynous and menswear. That said, can find something for everyone.
I’ll be back to look around and shop some more.

Omg omg what I can say about this hidden jewel that my sister and I stumbled across while driving. This is my new spot. This place is super organized and clean which are definitely important to me. This place has so many different clothing selections to choose from. I didn’t know what to do… I was in awe. During this shopping venture, I was able to score a brand new long wool coat for $ 20 and a wool peacoat for my son for $ 20 as well… I love sales!!! I would definitely recommend this store to anyone looking for a great place with good bargains.
