The worst experience!!! I asked few different people. They recommended her. WHY??? She was rude! It was in October or November of 2014. I came to make sure I don’t have any problems, cause we (my husband and me) wanted to conceive. First time I was there I was waiting for her in a chair ready for maybe 30min. I almost got asleep and when she finally came I realized I need to use a bathroom (it was chilly, so it’s understandable). She was not happy about it (She has to wait for me for two minutes — what a disaster) i think that’s why when she started examining me, she did it so roughly, that it hurts for a week after. Then she sent me for bloodwork for hormones on a certain day. I’m sure I didn’t need it, cause we didn’t even start to try conceiving yet. I decided to give her the second chance. I did the blood test. When I came to her to find out the results, I was told that it’s like I am 40years old (I am 30 btw) and the test should be retaken. I felt so awful!!! Like I am a very sick old woman who will never get pregnant!!! I was trying to find out if I did smth wrong (may be that should be taken early in the morning on an empty stomach, she never gave me other instructions but the day). Instead of answering my questions she just got up and went to the door, showing that the visit is over! That was 5min visit! Really? Then at the reception I asked a girl if I need to take another blood test, that was in the list. Doctor Bakcheva was still standing in the corridor and that was totally unexpected! She opened her mouth and literally yelled at me: «can’t you read???» I never felt so bad at the doctor’s office. I never gave her a reason to behave like that! Of course that was the last time I was there. I definitely will never recommend this doctor to anyone. The personnel was very nice though. This one star goes to them!

Most rude russian doctor ever. I had a terrible experience at that medical office. First I waited for 2 hours to get called in only to talk to the doctor for 1 minute which she was rude and then left. Did not even get to solve the problem I was there for. Waste of time. Terrible doctor.
