I went on there website. Found the frame I wanted for $ 20.19. Called to ask a couple questions about it and purchase it. They dont have product numbers so it took way longer than it should have to have him find the right one. The rep said that the price listed online was wrong. Wrong by over $ 20+ dollars. They went on to tell me that is just the default price, not the actual price. Um… Excuse me, what kind of bate and switch operation are you running? I asked to speak to the manager, about 10 minutes into the conversation he accused me of recording the phone call! It turns out he was hearing the beeping from my phone which was on numbers mode. What kind of place is this? WORSTEXPERIENCEEVER!!!

Picked up 6 or 7 frames from this place the other day. I had ordered it through their online retail store with the sizes I wanted. I was actually quite impressed with the quality of frames for the price. You can even set custom sizes that aren’t your conventional sizes and they’ll make them for you. The process of ordering online was quite easy, once done with that, I decided to do a pickup instead of delivery, which cost only $ 1 extra for my order. Would have been $ 30 for shipping! All was good and great so far and went to the place to pick up my frames before they closed at 6PM(They close earlier on Friday. Not sure of the time). Parking was weird. You have to pull up onto the sidewalk, kinda. Take care of any pedestrians that may be walking by! The place is easy to find, too. Right next to the Time Warner building. Once you’re inside, they have your typical frame showroom to the right, and a bunch of boxes to pick up if you’re doing pick up. The reason I’m giving this place one star is due to the fact that when I went in, I was ignored by 3 different people. Even one guy who seemed like he worked there, asked me if the guy in front of him, who worked there, saw me and ignored me. When I said«Yes», he shook his head and went to get someone to assist me with my order. That being said, 4 stars for the quality of the frames, and the timeliness of custom frame order of 6 – 7 frames. Took only 2 – 3 days. The price was also fairly inexpensive. I might have paid double if I had taken it to a shop in manhattan and had them make frames for my art. Highly recommended.

My wife and I went in looking to get a puzzle framed. They wanted $ 500. We tried to get the price reduced as the puzzle itself cost $ 20. After the guy cut costs the price dropped to $ 400. I’m thinking the materials would’ve cost them $ 20. Im thinking the process would take less than an hour. How would this all this compute to $ 400??? My wife found a frame in Ikea for less than $ 15 and the puzzle is framed.

I needed a picture framed, 8×11 and gave them 8 working days to do it and agreed to pay extra if they could get it done in 5. They promised to have it done in 5 and when I came to pick it up 8 days later, they could not find it and when they did — it was not done, and then they promised to have it done by the end of the day; I came in the next afternoon and it was not touched. I took my picture and walked out. Oh, and in addition to being lazy they gave me a bunch of attitude, it was like they were put out to do business with me. Do not do business with these people. I am extreemly unhappy with them and will never go back.

This place was a nightmare. I had a $ 600 Living Social coupon which was SUPPOSED to entitle me to $ 150 of framing. After waiting forever for the woman to help me, she encouraged me to just go online and I’d get better value. But the coupon was for in store, custom framing and I needed it done in a timely manner. The woman hemmed and hawed about whether she had certain frames in stock and then after an hour getting set up with a frame, matte, glass etc. she told me the total was $ 350 — for one medium size frame??? I had told her at the beginning that I didn’t want to spend more than the coupon. Then she didn’t seem to understand when I said we’d need to cut the price down. After all this the frame was not ready on the day they said it would be. I strongly warn against ever stepping foot in this place.
