We called because our front A/C went out. They responded fairly quickly and were able to come out the following day. They had the part in stock and returned the following Tuesday. By the time they left the A/C was working but there seemed to be some confusion and it took quite a while. It was a very windy day and one of the technicians opened the door to the coach and broke the bracket on the door. I’m not blaming him because it was so windy. He said there was probably a part at the shop and he would bring it back out when they brought the solenoid out for our hydraulics. We were leaving the following day for two days but would be back on Friday and I would let them know when we returned so we could set up another appointment. This is when I became frustrated and irritated. I called and sent texts several times. I received one phone call back while I stepped out to walk the dog, returned the call immediately and left another message. No response. The A/C quit working and due to the lack of response, we had to call another service. The initial response was great but once he got our $ 1200, nothing.
