Aspen Creek Heating & Air has exceeded my expectations! I called in on June 13^th to have someone come out and look at my evaporative cooler (I just purchased my home and being from Florida I had NO idea what I was dealing with). I was told that they wouldn’t be able to come out until the 20^th. I took the appointment and decided I’d wait it out. I received a call about 2 hours later saying they could come out that day. At that point I couldn’t leave work but I was told that if they could get back out they would. Mike was able to come out after an appointment and took the time to show me everything I needed to know! I will certainly have them back out to service my furnace when it gets cold out again. I highly recommend these guys!

We just had our furnace and A/​C checked for the season. The folks in the office were friendly and efficient in setting an appointment, and they made sure the temperature would be warm enough to get a valid test of the A/​C. When the Tech — Mike — showed on (on time!) things just got better. He is very personable and friendly, but still very professional. He was very thorough in checking our equipment and he explained everything he was doing. He also left us with copies of the checklists he used, so we have a record of the readings and the work he did. As another reviewer (Ali M.) said, he did not try to sell us something we didn’t need or some package of services. So REFRESHING to get that kind of service! We’ll definitely use Aspen Creek again whenever we need HVAC work done.

Wow! This is the first time I ever met an honest, friendly, and considerate contractor. From start to finish… just outstanding service all around.
First I spoke to Shannon who took the time to listen to all my questions and concerns about home inspection discrepancies. What’s even better is she said their techs are well versed in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical. After talking to over half a dozen other companies… which all of them said they would have to send an HVAC tech, a plumber, and electrician… all $ 100 each just to come out to your house… THEN would give you an on-​the-​spot estimate on what work needs to be done. That just didn’t make sense. I would have to commit because you already spent $ 300 for them to just go to your house!
Mike comes over the next day early than the appointment time, he was very friendly, straight forward, and was able to correct everything on the home inspection list in a little over an hour. I was so impressed and thankful I gave him a nice tip that he wouldn’t accept but I made him take it anyway.
Overall, trust me if you’ve been taken advantage of my licensed contractors then this company is truly a blessing! A one-​stop shop with technicians that jacks-​of-​all trades. I highly recommend this company for any HVAC, plumbing, or just any handy work.

We just bought a new house and noticed the furnace would come on for a few minutes and then shut off for 20 minutes. We called Aspen Creek to take a look and the next day their technician, Mike, came out. Only took him a minute to figure out that the filter had been missing and the coils were caked. A couple hours later the coils were nice and clean. He did a great job keeping us informed of what he was doing, he was VERY friendly and we enjoyed having him in our home.

Just had my stock 11 year old capacitor replaced on my AC unit. They suggested replacing it with a turbo unit that was $ 80 for the part and another $ 255 for installation (less than 15 minutes). The part is located under a removable panel on the side of the condenser outside the house. You remove a panel, unplug the old capacitor, check it with a tester, loosen a two screw bracket that holds the capacitor to the unit, remove old and slide in new capacitor then plug in three electrical connections and replace the panel with four screws. I went with the stock capacitor, a $ 20 part since the old one lasted 11 years and paid $ 265 total. The part does come with a two year warranty with labor. Is this the typical rate to change out a $ 20 part in under 15 minutes?

Looks like 5 stars is the norm for Aspen Creek Heating & Air! Our AC went out in the middle of the summer heat, and we needed a fix. After a couple other techs quoted me a fix (new compressor) that would be nearing the 4-​digit range WITH a visit fee, we called Aspen Creek. Mike came out for free to take a look, said it could be a refrigerant leak, but wanted to refill the freon to see how it lasted before replacing anything (saving us hundreds of dollars in repairs). He was extremely courteous, punctual and definitely did not upsell. We will use Mike/​Aspen Creek for all our HVAC needs moving forward. Great company!

Aspen Creek Heating & Air are fantastic! They have helped me to beat the heat by installing a new A/​C unit! They worked with my schedule and they are so honest! They came out when they said they would and we’re super fast! Made sure everything was fixed! My husband and I were expecting a bill into the hundreds but our tech charged us a reasonable rate! Love them and will use them in the future.

I am very late in writing a review for these guys. First and foremost — I HIGHLY recommend these guys for fixing your heating and air issues. They are professional, highly competent, and go above and beyond. Our first experience with them was the week after our first daughter was born. It was a freezing night, and the heat wasn’t working. They came over late at night on a weekend, fixed the problem, and left — without charging us a dime. They have also installed air registers in our basement. Several months later, when one of them came loose (it was installed in the ceiling, so had gravity fighting it), they gladly came by to fix it. again at no charge. Recently, I discovered a leak coming from an exhaust vent late one night, and left them a message — I wasn’t sure if that was something they could help with or not. Sure enough, Dan called me back even though it was really related to a roof leak. These folks are just good people — wanting to do the right thing. THAT is how a business should be, and how a business will prosper. I’m happy to recommend them to anyone, and will use nobody else for our heating and air needs.

By far the best service that I have ever had for unexpected home repairs. My heater had gone out and within 1 hour of contacting Shannon at Aspen Creek Heating & Air, Mike the Technician was at my front door. Within 45 minutes Mike had diagnosed and repaired the problem. What great service! And to put the icing on the cake, the charges were very very reasonable. If my heater or a/​c has any problems in the future, Aspen Creek Heating & Air will be my first and only choice.

We had a great experience having our furnace serviced. The tech (Mike) was on-​time, friendly (even with our kiddos), professional, and best of all, NO UPSELL! Woohoo! Will definitely use them again and you should too.
Prices were competence to other local companies.

Mike came out to inspect my water heater after Benjamin Franklin Plumbing came and gave me a quote of 2100.00 to fix my water heater or 4500.00 to replace it. 4500.00? Oh and he charged me 250.00 to tell me this. Mike came FOR FREE and spent about 45 minutes checking out the water heater. Since the problem we are having is intermittant, he decided not to repair it. He did troubleshoot the issue and determined it to be a 200.00 part that seems faulty. He told me to hang tight and call them when it actually breaks. Good service and good ethics.

I was shocked to see Aspen Creek had a bad review here on Unilocal.We, too, had a blower motor installed a little over a week ago and did a lot of checking around before we did so. Aspen Creek was definitely on the lower end of our estimates. Every time we have called and spoken to Shannon she has been a sheer delight to deal with! We have met both Mike and Dan twice for different calls out to our home-​who are both friendly, courteous, and top notch professionals. Our blower motor works like a dream and we are thoroughly satisfied with it! And with the install. We have recommended Aspen Creek to several people and will continue to do so. The customer service cannot be beat. The attention to detail and respect for our time and concerns have been refreshing, when it seems we can’t usually get companies to even answer our calls, let alone give us a decent price or show up on time-​if at all, anymore. We will be life long customers for Aspen Creek indeed! We just cannot say enough about how incredibly they have worked out for us. We had to call the fire department late on a Sunday because our Carbon Monoxide detectors were going off. After clearing the house it was determined that the source was probably the water heater. I called Aspen Creek around 8:30 am Monday morning and they literally had a guy at the house within 10 minutes even though they were booked solid. Mike, the most professional, courteous person that has ever been in my house, determined that it was in fact the water heater. I wasn’t able to have them install a water heater because they were booked through Thursday, however, I was not charged for the call out and they even referred me to a company that might be able to get to me sooner. If I EVER need a HVAC company in the future, I will definetely call Aspen Creek.

Dan installed a new air conditioner for us yesterday, and we can’t say enough about his customer service and knowledge. When we bought a foreclosed home two years ago that had been abandoned (and not winterized) for nearly 3 years before that, Dan got the furnace and air conditioner up and running against all odds. And what it said in our home inspection. When the AC finally gave up the good fight this year, Dan was available quickly with a reasonably priced replacement unit that was a big improvement on the developer’s original. We enjoy working with Dan and plan to use his services from here on out.

I have used these guys for all my rental properties. They are always avaiable and always offer me a fair rate and get the job done right. They have gone above and beyond a couple of ocassions. Highly recommend.

I woke up to a frigid house a couple of weeks ago … it was in the single digits outside. I called Aspen Creek Heating and Air and within an hour, Dan was at my front door. After inspecting my furnace, he walked me through what the problem was and said he could have a replacement part within a couple of hours. After a quick trip to Denver, my furnace was fixed and all was good again! Thanks to everyone at Aspen Creek! A truly professional outfit with a friendly staff who truly cares about the people they help. I highly recommend calling them for your heating and air conditioning needs. Very reliable and honest. And quick to respond! :)

Screwed me on a furnace blower install last year. 400 dollar part… 20 minute install. 900 bucks! Fool me once… bs walks.
