I would not recommend this place! Based on the positive reviews, I decided to try this supposedly «high end» nail salon. However, I was very disappointed with the painful mani/​pedi I received! I contacted the owner with my concerns and have yet to get a response. The customer service is atrocious!
I understand that I may occasionally get «nicked» and bleed from having my cuticles removed, but my fingers were still sore three days later from the cuticles being removed too deep and harshly. I was actually «nicked» on several more fingers, but the pain subsided by the next day.
Also, my foot was sore for several days from where the tech used the callus remover tool and scraped my foot and actually cut me in several places. I’m not sure if it was the tool she used or if she was using it too «roughly» on my foot.
This was our first time visiting this nail salon and it will be our last! Prior to visiting we did our research online and decided to go with this salon because of the positive reviews we read online. I most certainly did not expect to leave in pain and with my cuticles and calluses looking worse than when I showed up and I did not expect to still be in pain several days later. I’m very disappointed. For the price we paid, I expected much more!

Filthy! Sat down in my pedicure chair and realized it was broken and the seat was covered in oil. Got it all over. I upped and moved to a working and clean chair. Paint job was pathetic. It was full and not covering the whole nail. Chipped off within literally 3 days. Will not return.

Took my daughter here to get her nails done for prom. They rushed through the manicure and tore up her cuticles! Her fingers where bleeding when we left! Would not recommend

We had a girls day out and I made a reservation a week in advance for 8 of us to get pedi’s all together at 2:45. We got there about ten minutes late (which I had called to let them know). When we got there, it wouldn’t have mattered, they had four ladies in chairs and they weren’t even polishing. Once I got to sit down (I went last so my friends could all get in), my friend and I sat there with no water and they started working on filing, no soak. They ran out of hot water.
A lady was coming with tea pots full of hot water one by one to give me water and my friend got barely any. Many of my friends water was barely warm. I got a hot stone massage, she massaged ONE of my legs and forgot the other. The chairs don’t work well for massage, they only massage for like 20 seconds which we all know that one of the reasons to get the pedi. The salon was dirty and I was super disappointed I brought my friends to this place let alone spent any money here. I will never return to this salon. I see a lot of good reviews here but was seriously disappointed. I am usually a give another chance person, but not in this case.

I have been coming here for about 3 years. Have been mostly happy but my last experience might keep me from ever returning.
I have to say that there are things about the salon that are great. It is very comfy, although it seems like most of the pedicure chairs are broken. Many of the techs do a great job, Nancy and the young guy have been particularly impressive. He gives the best pedicure around! And the chocolate, scrubs and oil they use are very relaxing! It’s also pretty clean.
However, it is a bit pricier than most places and if you happen to get stuck with a not so great tech you are NOT getting what you paid for. My last time in they had just Nancy doing manicures, which is great as she is awesome, but things were backed up so I got stuck with this older woman filing and cutting my cuticles and it was ATROCIOUS! She is very sweet but she has no business doing nails. I’ve had a pedicure with her as well in the past and I would rather wait a half hour than pay for the job she does. Horribly uneven filing and she doesn’t push your cuticles back enough to actually cut them and ends up cutting your skin, OUCH! It’s sadly just not a job worth paying for, you could do better yourself.
If you are going to go here I would make an appointment or go early and if you happen to get stuck with this older woman just ask to wait for someone else. You will be much happier!

Got a peticure here and loved it! The people are so nice and make the place feel so homey! They use a special homemade sugar scrub on your legs and lavender oil too! I would highly recommend this place for anyone who likes massages and short waits! They use a chocolate/​vanilla thing on your legs and give you a massage at the end too!!!

The place is really convenient if you are at Orchard Mall, the establishment is clean. My pedicure did not last as long as usual but who knows why? I would return just because it is close to me.

Even though I had booked an appointment for me and my daughter we had to wait 20 minutes to get our services done. We were rushed thru the service, paid top prices for both and the shellac lasted around 4 days. What a waste of money and time! Don’t waste your time and money on this place.

I was lucky enough to get in while it was pretty empty. I got seated right away and my poor achy ashy feet were soaked in minutes. I sunk into the huge leather chair and tried to operate the massage settings but as luck would have it, I got a broken one. No worries though. I closed my eyes and was pleased when my tech didn’t feel the need to have casual conversation with me while working on my feet. My green tea pedicure lasted over an hour. My feet were scrubbed and massaged like they never have been before. After the service, I was given a short neck and back massage. For $ 60, it had better have been a good pedicure. I really have no complaints about this place, it’s a pretty normal nail salon to get a pedicure done, but it is pricey. Not sure if I would return for this reason. I can get the same service at a different salon for a cheaper price. However, I do like how the space is really big, I didn’t have to wait and I got to totally relax without being bothered.

My daughter and her bridal party went to this salon for mani-​pedi. Most of us got the shalac manicure which the did both at the same time for my daughter. I chose to do them separately because when I purchase two services I do not choose to be rushed thru the process. My daughter went along with thier suggestion to combine then and they put a towel on her lap with the light on the towel. The pluged in unit fell into the water where her feet were soaking for her pedicure! They were more concerned about their light than the potential harm they could have done to their patron!
by the way their shalac Polish only lasted about 4 to 5 days before peeling and chipping,
Their prices are at the top end with service and qualiy at the lower end.
The
nail techs are rude and never even apologized for their potential harmful error!

Paid the same and less than what I’ve paid at expensive spas and got over an hour long pedicure with a hot stone massage and meticulous nail painting. Shiatsu chairs a great plus! Friendly people. Lovely place in general.

I have made many appointments at this salon. The key is to make an appointment. Really a wonderful place to meet a friend or take your teenage daughter for a pedicure. The chocolate pedicure is the best.

So I was looking for a luxurious pedi for a friends birthday and we both love wine and chocolate so I was lured in by these pedicures… MISTAKE!
The techs we had were new — one didn’t even know how to paint (honestly! she had another tech come over to do this for her). My tech cut my cuticle on 2 toes and literally sliced my big toe open. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain and I kept saying ouch! I’ve honestly never been hurt during a pedicure so I was a little frustrated. My friend kept making faces which she later admitted were because the tech was hurting her too. The massages weren’t very good at all — the guy there said if we paid for the deluxe version the massage would be better but after being hurt through the majority of this pedi, I didn’t really want to stay any longer. I get a pedi every month and have for years and this was, by far, the worst I’ve had. I read the reviews on here which seemed ⁵⁰⁄₅₀ so I rolled the dice and it was a bad gamble — I won’t go back and I won’t recommend it.

Great massage chairs! Hot stone, chocolate or wine massages. The hand massage though was key, and it was very good and wasn’t one of those pat downs. OPI & CDC colors. For the manicures you sit in a big oversized recliner too. Very nice place to go!

My chocolate spa pedi was spectacular and worth the money. My chocolate mani was great as well. I did have some n polish on my fingers which is the ONLY reason I gave four stars. I was so relaxed I almost fell asleep in my chair.

They say they accept walk in appointments but after walking in and agreeing to wait 30 – 45 minutes one of the employees treated me as though I was putting her out stating «we don’t have time for you.» There were 3 people working at the time and only 2 with clients. After this experience I will never go back.

I was sucked in by oversized leather seats to have my manicure in. There were also words like «lavender» and «wine» which did me in.
And, I’ve returned a few times. The visit always starts out nice, but, chaotic. There’s always a mad scurry to get you in (even with reservations.) I’m never quite sure where I am being shepherded off to.
Pedicure or manicure, the massage/​trim-​file/​and scrub part is always quite lovely. No complaints.
But, I love gel nail polish. And this is why I will never go back. I’ve had it put on 5 different times. It’s supposed to last about 10 days (although, at other places, I’ve had it last longer)
1) it comes peeling off about 7 days later
2) Polish is always on my skin making it peel faster.
3) the polish job is pretty sloppy.
In the dim sexy lighting, it’s hard to see these problems. But, once I get outside, I’m always disappointed. The pedicures are always looking nice…

I’ve been to this nail salon several times, always hoping that maybe I caught whoever was servicing me on a bad day or something, but after 6 visits now (I guess I’m a slow learner), I think I have an accurate feel for the place.
For the high end pricing, you’d expect this place to be pretty nice… but it’s your average run of the mill nail salon. It’s not awful or anything, but I’ve had better pedicures at a much lower price point. The chocolate pedicure is cool, but not worth the extra money.
Also, just note… it’s a really bad idea to get someone a gift certificate to this place, because they don’t let you combine gift cards with coupons, even if the gift certificate was full price! Gift cards should work like cash, but they don’t at this salon. Better to give a friend cash and then they can get a discount on their services than to give them a gift certificate and have them jipped out of their discount. Weird policy, because it gives customers a reason NOT to buy gift certificates…
Overall, you can get better bang for your buck elsewhere.

The only thing that would have made it better is a glass of wine in my hand. Hannah and Joanna will be my ‘go to’ girls!

I was worried about going to this specific salon due to some of the reviews that are currently posted but I LOVED IT. My mom and I made an appointment for Saturday afternoon for a Chocolate Mani/​Pedi and it was soo amazing. each service took about ½ hour each and I have no complaints. They were also very busy with customers and did not once make us feel rushed.
I will return
