N & S Domestics

Loura and Nora came to my house last week to unpack boxes and organize my new house. They were courteous, professional and very hard workers. The boss, Sylvia, was very good at keeping me up-​to-​date via phone about charges and appointment times. This company made my move super stress-​free. N&S are great! I’ve had them out once and can’t wait to have them again. They were fast, pleasant and careful. It’s such a treat as a mother with young children to have someone else come clean my house so I can spend more time with my family :)

N&S Domestics is very flexible and provide a wide array of services if you need help just give them a call and chances are they can help you or the know someone they would recommend I trust this company.

I have had N&S Domestics come to my house several times and I am always wow’d by their service. I have slight OCD so I always make sure to double-​check and make sure it is being done right. I may hover around a little bit but the staff is always friendly and willing to accommodate my crazy needs.
They are quick to respond and very affordable (I’ve gotten quotes from other companies that were over $ 200+ just for a light cleaning).
I highly recommend N&S Domestics! If you want to take the week off cleaning or surprise Mom with an awesome gift– I definitely recommend them!

Unfortunately it is not possible for us to recommend N & S domestics. We had them come out to our home in order to clean it. It is a 2 bed 2 bath unit and they sent over two people for 1.5 hours. During the course of the cleaning they broke a glass lamp shade. The cleaning crew indicated that the company has an insurance policy and that they would cover the damage. When I called the corporate office, I was asked to send over the details behind the lamp shade, which I promptly did. I received the following response:
«Good Afternoon Mr. X
We have reviewed the information that you have provided and upon further investigation in regard to yesterdays broken lamp glass, unfortunate these things happen when things are not tighten correctly. We take as much precaution as much as we can in certain circumstances that are without our control. With that being said we gave you a $ 35 dollars credit toward the fireplace cleaning that was not included with the Morgans deal. as we clarified that with your wife that she was receiving a basic cleaning only. The fire place is normally $ 45.00 but we didn’t charge you for it.

It is highly unlikely that cleaning the fireplace took more than 5 minutes and it seem ridiculous that anyone would charge $ 45 for this service. Furthermore, we then discovered that while cleaning our home, the cleaning staff had thrown the dirty water from mopping the floor onto our deck leaving a large area of discoloration on our carefully stained wooden deck. We asked N&S Domestics to rectify the situation and received the following response.
«Mr A,
We take pride in the service we provide especially when you received a great discounted rate for the cleaning. Our goal is to acquire repeat business from these types of promotions. We apologize for any frustration that you may have. With this large of a discoloration on your deck, this should have been a priority of discussion immediately along with the lamp issue.
We do not use any bleach or products that would cause discoloration. The day of service you and the cleaners did the walk through of their work; you stated that you were satisfied with our service. The cleaners informed us
the day of service that it was raining and they didn’t use your back deck at all because they saw it had a lot of leaves on it.
N&S Domestics requires that our employes use caution when entering or exiting the house, as to not track in or out any dirt or cause a possible injury. They used the front as it was raining and muddy.
Due to the time lapse in reporting your concern with the deck and stating during the walk though that you were satisfied with the services rendered, we are not responsible for the deck issue.

It is possible that some people may find this level of service acceptable and if they do, I have a bridge in Brooklyn to sell them at a really good price.

I have used N&S Domestics about 4 times now. Each time they have done a wonderful job cleaning our ~2000 sq ft home. Their fees are affordable and reasonable. I highly recommend them!

The staff at N&S Domestics is great! They were on time (5 minutes early) and did a very thorough job! They had me double check the house and offered to fix/​re-​clean anything that wasn’t to my standard. I haven’t had my house thoroughly cleaned for 18 months, and now it looks brand new again! I highly recommend their services!

We hired Sylvia about a month ago, and so far we have been very pleased. They do a very thorough job of cleaning the house and have even done a great job of paying attention to my special requests on how I want things cleaned. My wife and I will continue to use their service and I would happily recommend them to others too.

The people at N&S are great. helping us out of many a jam when we needed cleaning services at the last minute. Would recommend them to anyone.
