Business Owner
Chef owner Brian Mietus grew up in Buffalo New York. Attended New England Culinary Institute 1992 – 1993. Traveled the country cooking in resort towns including Nantucket MA, Vail CO before returning to Buffalo in 2001. Chef Brian Mietus was the executive chef at Oliver’s and Opening Chef at Tempo Before Starting Bacchus Wine Bar in 2003
