33 Remodeling & Restoration

I requested a quote through RedBeacon from 33 Restoration, AKA JE Restoration. He undercut the others with a 300.00 quote. I accepted through RedBeacon and the site said I would be contacted. He never contacted me so I called them. They said they would be out that Friday between 615pm and 630pm. 7pm came along with a call saying he was late but on his way. He looked at the job and said I would have a «quote» by the next day, Saturday, as I made it clear I wanted the work done early the next week. I heard nothing from him by Monday and called others out from RedBeacon. On Tuesday late night, 33 Restoration, AKA JE Restoration, sent me the quote for double the original quote and wanting to complete it by Thursday. (BTW the demo of the area was completed by myself so what they had to do was very minimal and this was done before he quoted.) Don’t make the mistake of using them for any jobs if you want what you were quoted or you want it done in a timely manner. You can’t count on them. I ended up having another company do the work and more at the cost of his original quote. He was very friendly but friendly doesn’t get the job completed.
